The insurance market has changed dramatically in the last 20 years. After a terrible experience with a previous agency whose service had deteriorated with those changes, I found Brian and Goodnow insurance. Absolutely thrilled to be leaving my old insurance behind. Was getting pummeled by 'the lizard', and a 22% increase for my 6 month policy no accidents, perfect record!. Let me tell you... Brian and Michael at Goodnow Insurance are so great. I needed insurance and a certificate quickly for an event I was attending for my business. I own an e-commerce company, and couldn’t find an agency that had a policy for me. After calling around to several companies and getting outrageous quotes, I called Goodnow which was recommended to me.
