One of my favorites. They have some of the best prices you're likely to find. It's similar to big lots in that they get things in bulk and sell them at a good price. I often go for their comic books. The have 5 and 10 packs that are usually worth 3 or 4 times the cost. Great store. Highly recommended.
Went to the Ollie’s in Kingsport, TN. I was looking for a comforter set. There was a sign on the shelf that said Name brand comforter sets Queen and King sizes $29.99. I picked out a set that was on the shelf above the sign. When I went to check out, the price was $34.99. When I inquired about the difference, I was told that wasn’t the brand on sale, that they were sold out! The sign didn’t specify what brand was on sale! This is false advertising and should be reported! The least that could have be done was to take the sign down! You are misleading your customers and are being untrustworthy about your business!
Ollie's bargain outlet in Kingsport has gotten cleaned up a hole lot. The store is a lot cleaner then two years ago. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would recommend it for Christmas shopping to anyone expecially if you have kids.
They buy stuff from other stores and sell it for cheap. They have everything you could think of to a degree, are always on sale, and have great costumer service. There’s nice music playing in the background and floor to ceiling is packed with things. You really have to know what you want or you’ll get lost in the sales and things. Super easy parking.
Good stuff cheap! Usually... ... sometimes, you take a gamble with products and get something cheaply made that won't last. But for the most part, Ollie's has decent items. We love shopping at Ollie's and have bought many things there over the years! The prices are affordable and comparable to bigger stores. The one in our area is very disorganized though.. hard to find anything If you don't dig through everything on the shelves. Bathrooms are always broken too. They can't keep workers long for some reason- new faces everytime we go in.
Got coffee k-cups there at a good price. Not name brand coffee,but it was pretty good. Dark roast coffee. Not bad!
Great place to walk around and look for deals. Only complaint we ever have is organization is a little lacking. Some areas can be hard to maneuver around and make it difficult to look at products.

Much more diverse collection of items for sale than other Ollie's I have visited. Prices well-marked on most things.
Sorry to report but it was a mess. Never seen it that bad. Stuff on top of stuff. Looks like they don't have enough help for sure.
