I used to think this place was good until I found out how much they can lie to you Laura called me up whom I really thought was really nice until today. I told her about the accident in 2021 in August when somebody swerved in front of me she had all that information to come back with a quote of 220 then all of a sudden it changes at 398 and in the process she's pretty rude to me so I basically shared her I says well I hope when you get home you drive safe and nobody Cuts in front of you because if they hit you you'll have a different view on how I feel that why can the insurance hold it against me when somebody cut in front of me but it goes further than that the bottom line here she was extremely rude very disrespectful I never expected that out of Laura I would highly think twice before you come here. Unbelievable
Excellent experience! Laura was very helpful. While we did not purchase insurance, she gave us a great deal of information and was very friendly and helpful. Going forward I will always check with Olmsted when I need insurance!
