I recently took my child to this orthodontist and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The care and patience shown to my little one were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my child comfortable and at ease during the entire visit and made sure she felt at ease. Dr. Olsen himself was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood each step of the process. The technology this clinic uses is above and beyond! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely interested in my child's well-being. Beautiful building with a gorgeous view overlooking the Lander river. I couldn't recommend this orthodontic practice more highly and I'm so grateful to have found such an amazing team to care for my child's orthodontic needs. This orthodontic clinic is the BEST in the state! I highly recommend Dr. Olsen and his amazing staff! You will not find better care than here.
Be prepared to pay a $150 “office visit fee” for even the simplest of procedures. A ten-minute visit to repair a plastic retainer ended in me paying $200– and the best part; they didn’t inform me about the cost until after the procedure was completed, so, I didn’t really have a choice but to pay, at that point. They do good work, and are good people, but make sure to confirm billing information beforehand.
I had braces with Olsen about 4-5 years ago. The treatment I had during the process was phenomenal. I am so pleased with the results. However the after care is where I’ve hit a road block. The plastic night retainers that I received lasted me the first two years. Eventually the top on wore out and I went back to get a replacement. The office switched to using a 3D printer to make the retainers. I still have the original bottom retainer and the difference in the quality of the retainers is drastically significant. I wear my retainer every night save perhaps a total of 12 days since I’ve had my braces off and have had to replace the “new” top retainer 3 times in the last year and a half. I pay $200 each time for a new one and am disappointed that it doesn’t even last a year. When I went to the office the help I received was lack to none. I’m not impressed with the change in quality of the retainers and would recommend future costumers to find a dentist that would make something of quality.
Olsens Ortho is absolutely amazing! I wish I had pictures to share but the way that they transformed my daughter's teeth in the last 2 years is incredible! The staff is always sooo soooo friendly and smiling! Dr. Olsen and the girls are very thorough and work fast but also gentle, they make sure that you/your child is always comfortable. I couldn't have picked a better orthodontist for my kids. I'm so grateful for them.
Absolutely wonderful facility. We received a lovely greeting, kindly welcoming us into the family, and were treated with care for the entire visit. We were not rushed, we were given all the time we needed to ask questions and hear all possible routes of treatment. Highly recommend.
They did such a wonderful job with my daughter. She had two phases of braces, but fished her overbite and made room for all those beautiful teeth!!
Dr Olsen took great care of our daughter's unique issues and after two phases, it was worth all of the time and money to give her the beautiful smile that she deserves.
So I had braces all through high school a VERY long time ago lol and didn’t wear my retainers after I had them taken off. My teeth shifted over the years and I didn’t like how they looked and I didn’t like my malocclusion. I then recently went in for a consult w/Dr. Olsen and was very happy that I was able to get into the clear aligners. I followed instruction closely and it has honestly been a lot easier than being in braces. Wearing the aligners were more comfortable and I loved how quickly my teeth shifted back into place! I have no complaints, it’s been very smooth ride getting my smile back. I’ve recommended him to family and friends.
We had a great experience with Dr. Olsen and his staff. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming since Day 1. My son has the most beautiful smile now, and even better is that he was able to get his braces off 9 months early!
I would recommend Olsen ortho to everyone I know. The doctor was so patient and answered all my questions. He made sure I knew how to use everything before sending me home. I can’t wait for my new smile!
