Olympic Electric of the Hudson Valley

This company installed my generac home generator in 2013 and has done some maintenance work on it. When it stopped working I became frantic because my wife is on oxygen 24/7. I called and spoke to Mike and he said he would call me back the next day. When I didn't hear from him the following day I called up and was told he was busy and couldn't come to the phone. They also told me they were very busy and wouldn't be able to come out to see what was wrong for at least a week or two. So much for their customer service. I was able to get in touch with another company and they came out in 2 days and fixed the problem.

An electrician without a 24 hour emergency line? No thanks, I have switched to another electrician that can be there in an emergency and doesn't make me wait until the next day.
