Gavin was great! He explained the products very well and was SUPER friendly, fun and professional. He shared so much useful info and it was really enlightening. While we were not able to purchase at this time Gavin was super understanding and helpful in trying to find a plan that worked for our family. I recommend to take the time for the demonstration- you will learn so much!
I’m glad I took took a moment to read these reviews before allowing someone to come to my home. They call incessantly, first off. And, when I finally called them back, at no point was it ever disclosed that I would be getting a sales presentation which is the real reason they don’t just mail your “free” kit. I was also put off by the fact that while I was speaking with Jessica very nice, she said her boss had to get on the line to “verify she was talking to a real person”. A man then got on the line and was very rude and abrupt and all I could think was that it must be pretty miserable to work there. I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel my appointment.
Matt was excellent! He explained the product thoroughly and was very friendly and professional. He made me see how unsafe my house has been all these years and it was a big eye opener. I recommend people at least take the time for the demonstration so they can experience this as well.
SOME ONE GAVE THEM MY CONTACT INFO. BUT I DON'T LIVE IN WASHINGTON. THEY KEEP CALLING AND TEXTING! I HAVE EXPLICITLY TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST, BUT YET THEY DO NOT. NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING COMPANY.
Jade Armstrong killed it, As someone who has been actively following the health and safety market I’ve been looking for improvements I could make in my home and life that could better protect my investments and family. Jade brought to my attention a problem we have in the United States that I believe more people should know about. His confidence and competence gave me a warm and fuzzy for their product and I believe his company are making a difference in our community. I have and will continue to suggest this product to my family and friends knowing it will save lives. Thanks Jade for taking the time to run me through everything while also bringing me this stellar first aid kit.
Was told it was going to be 1 hour and it ended up being 3 hours, all for a tiny bag of supplies and a sales pitch for a $5,000+ system. No thanks. Shakti was sweet but pushy and snapped back at my husband who was frustrated that it was taking so long. Poor Kenzie had to sit quietly in the back and seemed uncomfortable being there and listening while sitting on my floor. I have seen now that Kenzie has quit, good for you girl!
Great customer service and done fast. We were on a time crunch and they had the install done really quickly. Ali was amazing she made it easy to understand and was SUPER friendly. Will came in and installed everything quickly and professionally. They were super helpful helping us understand how to set it up with our phones and made sure we knew we were cared for! I would recommend this service to everyone. They will work with you and what you can do. Once again they were amazing and very helpful.
Mandi was our rep...she was amazing. She had to call and reschedule a couple of times...which we were completely fine with us. She didn't want to reschedule again, so she personally came out and showed us this amazing opportunity and product. The presentation was great. Very informative and fun. She showed great compassion, concern and honestly cared for our well-being. Mandi came back out and installed our system and got us all set up, without issue. Thank you for your honesty and safety concerns for us...and everyone Jeni and Sean
Matt Klinger came out to our home and did a phenomenal job of putting into perspective the importance of the products he was offering. He was very personable, shared a lot of his own stories with my family and I, and made me feel good about purchasing these products. While they seem spendy upfront, I have no regrets. I have so much more peace of mind when it comes to how these devices work and the fact that I can check into it all from my phone at any time is great. Really makes me feel like the products are there for me and the safety of my family rather than as a mere formality. I had no idea that the average mainstream fire alarm does relatively nothing for me and wouldn't let me know of a problem before it was too late. Not only do I know that these products are superior but I also have a lifetime guarantee with them-- should they be faulty in any way, they're covered forever. If you are fortunate enough to have Matt Klinger come visit your house, you're in for a treat. Great guy; friendly and not at all "salesman" like. I felt no pressure to purchase the product... but I'm sure glad I did.
Matt came tonight into our home to share with us the amazing products available to keep our family safe in times that we never want to plan for. The presentation was very relaxed and we could tell that Matt was genuinely here for the safety aspect that his company offers. He took the time to explain not only to us adults but to our children why fire safety and having a plan is so important.
