Our Story:
We are a “20-year old startup”. We changed our strategy and business model just to survive. We are passionate about creating jobs, building a great place to work, looking out for our fellow Teammates, and living each day by the set of values we hold dear.
Vision:
To be a catalyst and lead the rebuilding of the US Apparel Industry.
Mission:
We have a twofold mission at Omega Apparel. First, we want to Create Jobs for Omega and the entire Apparel Industry. We create jobs by being the absolute best at what we do. Second, we are building a Great Place to Work. Our greatest assets at Omega are our Teammates. We want to have a positive impact on their lives. We are creating a workplace that is filled with highly engaged Teammates who are passionate about the customers we serve, take pride in the quality of the work we produce, and are committed to each other and our 5 Foundations.
5 Foundations (Values):
#1: Ownership
We all need to behave like “owners” of the business and hold each other accountable; we will be rewarded for having this mindset. We must be known for our impeccable character as an organization; we do what is right, even when no one else is watching.
#2: Customer
Our customers are our livelihood; they are the only organization that writes us a check for our goods and services. We must over-deliver on their expectations for quality, service, responsiveness, and innovation/thought leadership; we must be a “customer centric” organization.
#3: Quality:
We strive for and deliver the highest level of quality in everything we do; we will not compromise. We take pride in producing the highest level of quality in the industry for our customers. Delivering high quality is enabled by having uncompromising safety and wellness standards embedded within our culture.
#4: Efficiency
We strive for continuous improvement and enhanced productivity in everything we do; our efficiency at work will enable us to achieve balance in life and pursue other areas of interest; faith, family, friendships, fitness, community service, etc...
#5: Teamwork
Our success will be enabled by our ability to work together as a Team and collaborate internally and externally; with our customers, our suppliers, and the community in which we live and work. We will have fun and celebrate as a Team.
