We are a “20-year old startup”. We changed our strategy and business model just to survive. We are passionate about creating jobs, building a great place to work, looking out for our fellow Teammates, and living each day by the set of values we hold dear.

We have a twofold mission at Omega Apparel. First, we want to Create Jobs for Omega and the entire Apparel Industry. We create jobs by being the absolute best at what we do. Second, we are building a Great Place to Work. Our greatest assets at Omega are our Teammates. We want to have a positive impact on their lives. • February 6, 2015: Omega reaches 25th customer milestone
• November 26, 2014: Omega reaches 10th customer milestone
• October 27, 2014: first Omega Brand customer; custom FR pants for VP Power & Generation
• September 8, 2014: Omega opens new dress shirt production floor
• July 25, 2014: first commercial customer; FR Pants for Tri-Star Glove and Kia Motors
• June 12, 2012: Dean Wegner and Ken Larson purchase Omega Apparel
• March 3, 2010: Omega wins ASU Braided Trouser contract; doubles the size of the company
• May 5, 2000: Omega moves into current production facility in Smithville, TN
• March 31, 1994: Omega Apparel Incorporated founded by Brian Roberge and Dick Chase
