NOTHING on their website is true. Dennis Wendell Jones and Jordan Tyler Jones are in multiple lawsuits. They’ll provide you a fraudulent Warranty Deed. Dennis has been charged with money laundering, organized fraud and grand theft. Don’t attempt to do any business with these crooks. Look them up yourself Broward Clerk of Court. RUN, DON’T WALK!

I have given a10 percent deposit on a Pre construction in the Miramar area in Florida since January 2022. Nothing has been built. I have requested a refund since December but nothing so far. Every time I text this guy named Michael. He keeps telling me this week since December. I dont know who else to call. No one ever answers their phone. I am getting the advice of a lawyer now. All I want is my money back.
