Truly a wonderful place to stay. The food is amazing, the service is 5-star, the accommodations are clean and beautiful don't miss out on the bathtub!. I travel a lot and rarely have I stayed somewhere that knocks every ball out of the park. Omni Tucson is on that very short list. Rooms: I love the decor. Nothing cheap - everything is quality and lovely. The bathtub is deep and long and even has handles to help you sit back up easily. Food & drinks: Every morsel I put in my mouth was delightful!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Omni Tucson Resort after their renovations, and I must say, the results are nothing short of impressive. The resort boasts a sleek and modern design that exudes elegance and class. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The renovations have truly elevated this establishment, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tucson. Rooms: Spacious and clean Food & drinks: Variety of delicious restaurants on-site
I went for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. My spa day was absolutely amazing and relaxing. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This is an experience I remember forever and likely repeat.Rooms: 5/5
Absolutely amazing experience here. The room was very cleaned and smelled great. Upon arrival the level of customer service and friendly staff is amazing. Jose at the front was amazing helped us with our bags and took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious and some of the best burgers I’ve had. Check in check our process was great. Pool area was very nice. Overall amazing experience I signed up for the rewards program and I will definitely make Omni Tucson a regular weekend getaway. I will be booking a stay soon! Can not wait to come back.
Just took expensive urber ride here because I called and they said yes a poolside bar. I have a pool where I'm staying to myself. I didn't want to swim. Just something to eat and rink. When I arrived told I needed to buy a day pass. Omg. I travel a lot and do enjoy eating drinking at Omni..because of great service food. Not happy. Not the service I would have expected. Sitting on golf course..but wow..with urber ride and drink lunch 90$. Noteworthy details: None..golf
The rooms seemed a little run down. A new shower head and shower door would have done wonders plus a deep clean of the carpet. The spa was ok. The property was very nice and well manicured. The food was good.Rooms: 3/5
Wow! Can't say enough good about this resort! Casita was top notch! So spacious! Comfortable bed. Great shower. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Pools were in great condition. Lots of people around to help us if we needed anything. Server Kassidy ? at Farmers Table was excellent. Security lady Molly helped us get into pool when our key didn't work. Will definitely be doing another staycation at the Omni!
We had a wonderful staycation just wish it could of been longer. The rooms, staff, pro shop, and the food were beyond expectations. Everyone had nothing but smiles and always asked if they could help in any way. I will definitely be back very soon. Rooms: Clean and comfortable, the beds were perfect. The tv and wifi worked just fine. Food & drinks: We ate at all the restaurants on property, and we were not disappointed. The coffee shop on property hits the spot early in the morning. The drinks at night at Peaks is unbeatable, the view alone is priceless. The steaks at Bobs were some of the best I have ever had. The drinks by the pool made it more relaxing.
The room we got was absolutely terrible. Infested with mosquitos, my husband and I got eaten alive all night. The resort style is similar to that of an apartment, which the people above us were annoyingly loud. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with the worst hip and back pain. The shower is tiny, and the shower head does not move, so you have to bath standing against the wall if you want the water to hit you in any way at all. I would never recommend nor stay here again. What a waste of money. We will be checking out early and going home.
