Overall great so far! The environment around The Nine is convenient and it’s not hard at all to find things to do and eat. The rooms are as advertised, if not better and more spacious than they look online. The staff are polite and helpful when needed. And all of the amenities are as described!! There is a bit of noise because of construction and some residents but overall I am Loving it heree, <33
Don't walk, run from the Nine, I have never experienced such terrible management and customer service. They are trying to charge me for all my keys missing when I turned them in an envelope and one of their workers lost it. I have phone logs and times and am still waiting to hear back. Furthermore, they charged for absolutely anything they could find on move out and lied about damages. I had some spots that needed to be repainted, thank god I took picture because they are charging me for dry wall damage that is 1 -5 inches on every spot, which is just not the case. Moving out has been an absolute nightmare.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. some of the girls who work the front desk have an attitude, but will be fake to residents who might sign a lease. my roomate accidentally ordered a package there, and they sent it back after it was there for a day because she is subletting her apartment. ALSO i got robbed earlier in the school year an older group came up to me late at night and took my phone and there was no security to help me. i tried to access the camera footage for the police, and The Nine refused to give me the footage. On top of all of this, this is the furthest apartment complex from campus, when on their website it says “8-10 minute walk.” I felt like i missed out on a lot of things because i was so far away. The elevators are also never working, and we were promised a “coffee bar” when it’s literally a kurig. So happy i am moving to terripan row next semester!!!
I would give it a zero star if I could. My friends and I haven’t even moved in yet and they’re already actively screwing us over. We’re supposed to get room assignments but we haven’t gotten yet so when I called they’re like there’s premium this and that and we don’t actually have space for you. Maybe try a different floor plans? Then the guy who I spoke to started saying slurs ?? That and he was like I got u I got u but then idk so it’s not my decision to make maybe try emailing
Very poor maintenance. No proper trash management. Rodents in apartments. No one picks up even the emergency maintenance phone line. Any type of service request just takes forever. Do not recommend.
I experienced significant issues with incompetent management who imposed large hidden fees on students. These fees included an1050 dollar move-out fee and an approximate 300 dollar move-in fee. Additionally, they tried to deceive tenants into signing contracts for additional years of rent and provided false information about the terms of the contracts. On top of that, there were frequent loud parties during weekdays that continued throughout the night. The entire place smelled like marijuana, and there was heavy alcohol consumption in common areas. It was not uncommon to find vomit and feces in the hallways. Furthermore, the fire alarms often went off during the night due to indoor smoking. Despite knowing about my allergies, the management allowed my roommate to buy a cat. To make matters worse, there were unsafe and threatening residents who yelled and invaded the privacy of women in the fitness room
There are too many parties/people playing loud music and yelling in the courtyard in the evenings on school nights. It has gotten to the point where I often have to call for noise complaints and even then the noise is still too loud to do homework or sleep. I am all for having fun, but they should not be occurring this regularly in a place meant for students. It is fine if it occurs once in a while, but it is occurring several times a week and often last past midnight. Aside from the noise issues, it is a great place to live. I wish quiet hours were implemented especially if we are marketing this place as student housing.
Visited the 9 at College Park recently and I was really impressed. The office staff was very welcoming when we came in and was quick to answer my questions. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Victoria and she was very helpful in giving me some history of the apartment and showing me around. The bedrooms and common areas are spacious and give off a cozy vibe. Overall it was a great visit and I am hoping to get a space for Fall!
Victoria Ramirez is an amazing worker at the front desk of the nine. She has helped me and my other 3 roommates through every single problem we have ever encountered. She is quick to come up with solutions and the attitude she brings always makes it a very happy and non stressful experience. She’s always great help and goes above and beyond!! Has even showed us how to make the best lattes at the coffee bar the nine has. She is one of the main reasons my roommates and I enjoy the nine so much! We wanted to leave a review because we really do appreciate everything she has done for us so so much : - The nine 503
Please don’t live here. It’s a regular thing for the fire alarm to go off at 1am or 2am on school nights. It has come to a point where the residents living here including myself would just stay in our room and wait for the fire alarm to go off so we can go back to sleep. No one takes the fire alarm seriously here. This on top of the fact that anyone can regularly walk into the building, all they have to do is just follow someone into the building and ask them to press a level in the elevator. The printer they offer has been outta paper for a week now and the game room is a mess, half of the board games has been stolen. Oh and parking isn’t remotely enforced here and people double park and on top of that parking space are small so half the time you have nowhere to park. Wall is paper thin so i can hear my neighbors constantly and i have no idea what paint they use on these walls but they are dirt cheap as the smallest scratch will make an entire line of paint come off. There’s nothing good about this place, makes people understand why they do so much incentive and want people to release so bad since no one wants to live here again.
