I have a 110% return policy and make sure that customer service is excellent. The price you see is the price that you will be charged. A sale is complete, only when you are satisfied. My company was created to fill a need which I and many other have. To apply the amount of progesterone I needed daily was a lot of work, expensive, very messy and often with ingredients I did not like. More concentrated creams are by prescription only and are costly. My cream is formulated to be a great skin cream that goes on easily and absorbs quickly with no fragrances or other unnecessary additives.
Freshness is very important, so I ensure that no bottle is more than a few weeks from its manufacture date. Inventory is kept in cold storage until it is packaged and shipped.
Selling a progesterone cream is more of a challenge than it would be in other states. I am required to have a warning label on every bottle warning of a cancer risk required by Proposition 65 which lumps natural progesterone together with the many synthetics forms which are dangerous and not over the counter. Several progesterone creams in other states will not ship to California because of warning label requirement.
