We dropped off over 25 items. We didn't want to wait so they said we could come back. First of all, an young employee rolled her eyes when we brought our stuff in which was very rude. We received a voice mail saying we could come pick up the items they didn't want by the time they close and mentioned they closed at 8:00 pm. My dad showed up at 7:00 pm and all of our unwanted stuff was in the dumpster. My dad called me very upset. I called the place and the young girl that answered hung up on me. I called back and a different young girl answered and was not very helpful. She said "sorry". We needed up not going back to get the rest of our stuff because we had made two trips and they were so rude. It's not a great place. Maybe advise you to try one of the other locations. Maybe they hire better help.
Amazing place with lots of clothes for many sizes. I was mainly looking at baby-toddler. They have many toys also, but those appear to be more difficult to access to look at them. They really need a table to spread out on: you'll see when you visit.
Crowded, but have found many great items at unbeatable prices. Have traded in items many times. Staff is helpful and nice, even though they are always busy!
Prices great. But I'm 61 and waited 3 hours with my daughter to get a price for clothes. Only two of us waited. Everyone left but they continue to check their items. We purchased 5 times the amount of what we got. It wasn't worth it to me. I would have just purchased what I wanted and gave the other to needed mother's.
I went in to purchase clothes for donation for children in need for Xmas. I've been here before and I wanted to visit again before I wrote a review. My first time in 2019 was kinda Ehhh. This time around was much different. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, didn't happen last time. They had more items than they did before. The cashier was VERY pleasant and helped me to get the best discounts for my items. I saved ALOT of money with her help. I will be coming back for sure.
They do not give fair prices for buy; they wanted to give me 14 dollars for a leather coat, two pair of all white Nike shoes some brand new shirts and pants about 4 a piece. They are not fair at all. When I ask yo see what she was purchasing from me she did not even want me to look in the bends to see all that she had and was rude about. I will not be going back. If you want a fair price for your kids clothes do not sale your kids clothes here.
Nothing is really organized stuffs just scattered everywhere, employees acting wild, half dingy in there as a majority of lights were out.
They have a huge selection of toys, books, shoes, car accessories, you name it. Tons of new clothes with tags at a fraction of the cost of retail. The employees are all sweethearts toward my son and that speaks volumes in my book.
What a joke. I took in 2 large baskets of very lightly used clothes, and many never used clothes and they offered me a joke in return. I asked why and the lady said they can't take everything, and not very used clothes. Well I guarantee you there weren't any in there that used...those I donate or cut up for rags. There was even a dress never used from a boutique that they didn't take, and I asked why and she said "I didn't like the style". Really? So they pay you for stuff they individually like or not. I came here once before a couple years ago and remember walking out with all my stuff because it was a joke, and took to different place and got a lot more money back. Don't go here! You will get robbed! You've been warned! And for them to charge what they charge for the clothes they do have in stock is even more of a joke.
This place is nice to sell your gently used children items. They give a fair price. The only thing I must say is that I couldn't believe I went in there with a toddler bed that I had just pulled down all the screws from before I left the house so I can fit in my car. Then they told me I would have to put it all back together in order to sell it with them I was so upset and disappointed. I didn't bother to sell it again.
