First I had to find the right store because this tree is blocking the sign. When I walked in the first thing I encountered was a pleasant smell. Almost reminded me of one of my wallflowers.. The store is very clean and organized. I am definitely a fan

Seems like a nice store, but they didn’t have many options for newborns and apparently stop buying after the first 10 people due to being understaffed. I’m understanding of staffing shortages but I drove 30 minutes to sell and try to find things for my 18 month old for daycare and some cute items for newborn and it was sadly a waste of a trip. There’s not way id make it there early enough to sell with getting my 18 month to daycare and then taking care of my newborn.

Walked in to sell boys fall clothes at 9:55 am. After I struggled getting the front door open, while an employee stood there looking at me, I was told the store would not be able to buy from me today because the lady in line in front of me would be the last person they would buy from. Not impressed. Won't ever go back. Go to Winston Salem location. They are better at customer service.

After we called and they told us to bring items in to store they only wanted one item Then had to wait 15 minutes for the check. Never again. Rip off

I honestly usually love this store, but communication on social media aka their websites,  would help so much with what they will and won't do for the day. Not driving up to the store to see a white board stating they aren't doing stuff. If I'm being told to watch the page, then the page should be updated. Got there 7mins after and turned away again.  Some of us have children and we can't just be here to line up at 830. Some of us are just getting off work to rush here to be told no. Please do better marketing  the issues for buying for the day.

I enjoy shopping for my grandson. Store is clean and well organized. But the selling system is unfortunate. If you are not in line an hour before they open forget it. For the entire day.

Went there today the staff were all standing around talking. When I walked in 1 named Alexusaccording to her name tag had an attitude and said “oh God”. The other employee had no name tag and told me her name was Tammy, which was probably a lie. They wouldn’t take my clothes stating they don’t take clothes after 7pm. I asked them where is that stated on the company website or in the store. They stated it isn’t. If the door says it closes at 8:00 then customers should be served until closing, regardless of what they are there for. It’s very misleading to the consumer for employees to make up rules as they may and not have store policies posted. Their demeanor and attitude was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There need to be a uniformed blanket policy that all stores should follow in unison. Not to mention retraining of the staff on customer service and company policies.

I highly would not recommend coming to this place to shop maybe but to sell NO! Any good comments are prob from friends &family. Long wait they stop taking clothes 15-30 mins from opening... some days only taking toys when it’s fully staffed!! As a manager this is unacceptable in so many ways. -April

This place SUCKS, Ive been like 3 or 4 different times in last month trying to sell clothes and everytime they have said they're not taking anymore and to come back another day. And I live about 30mins away

I’m not sure why there are so many bad ratings for this store. Maybe they cleaned house, but I came here for my first time a week ago. I absolutely loved it! Clean store, great products and friendly staff. I was impressed with how neat and organized everything was. The employee who checked me out even helped me with carrying a swing I bought for my baby. The products I bought were cheap, excellent quality and such a plentiful selection. I will be shopping here for a very long time !
