Staff were very friendly and helpful! There is a large selection of children's clothing, including a good sized section of hats, gloves, coats, and snowsuits. I was looking for a changing table topper, which they unfortunately didn't have in stock. Obviously their stock depends on what people sell to them, but I was sad they didn't have what I was looking for.
Drove 30 minutes to get here. Was told that the buy counter was shut down. I looked and there are only store hours posted, no mention of other hours for the buy counter. Disappointed in lack of communication on this.
Brought in a bin of cloths that my son never even wore and they excepted none of it saying it was worn out and stained. Some of them still had tags! Yet when I was walking around half of the cloths and toys in the store are broken and or damaged. They didn't even look at more than half the cloths. It was highly upsetting.
Never been to a once upon child like this before. Both workers were very rude to the lady in front of me as well as me and my husband. Would not return
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER AND SELLER EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME I’VE BEEN HERE. Staff is rude the second you walk in the door if you are a seller and you are basically yelled at for coming there for what their store is made for. The #1 worst experience was when I arrived about 20 mins after they opened to sell clothes and I had 2 plastic bins of items. Immediately was told they are short staffed and it would take a long time because of it. I said no problem I’ll shop around and shop stores nearby because I didn’t have to be anywhere for another 3.5 hours. I was very understanding and and wasn’t upset with her saying this even though she was nothing but rude to me because I said I wanted to wait. Slowly but surely as the hours passed the other sellers that came before me only 2 sellers in front of me or after me kept taking their clothes waiting to be looked at and left because of how long it was taking. So I figured that helps me and it will get done sooner than later at least. I had to leave their store by 1:30 latest to travel back home to get ready for work that afternoon. Once it had been 3.5 hours I finally had to go up and ask if they were started on mine because unfortunately I have to leave town now it’s too late. The lady said she was about to start mine I said I wish I could wait but I literally can’t if I want to be on time to work. The employee was super upset about me wanting to leave now and was rude again. I tried to go sell again a week or so later both these experiences happened during spring almost summer 2022 and was treated in the same way… staff was rude and upset I was even in there and once again told they are understaffed and long wait. I was understanding once again and said it’s fine I’ll wait. It took over 4 hours to do this when I arrived within the hour after store opened. I did not deserve the way I was treated and the staff continued to disrespect me once paying me for items I sold. I was bigger person and bit my tongue. Then this past month I went up to sell clothes again and I arrived around noon which is 2 hours after they open. I have one bin of items and I take it out my car and walk all the way up to the door only to find a signed posted to both the stores doors stating “NO MORE BUYS TODAY”. I was not happy at all because that’s what the store is for and how they have inventory to be sold for their normal buying customers. How can it still be this bad 5 months later and they just don’t even let you walk in and post a sign on the door they won’t buy clothes today when they opened only 2 hours prior?! Ridiculous and lazy and managed terribly and customer service is nonexistent. During the first 2 visits there were normal paying customers buying things from the store throughout the whole time but nothing crazy just normal foot traffic no big sales or anything nuts. This also was during the week when kids were in school so not a weekend and children at school. The staff was more worried about cleaning up go backs I would assume that was a mess behind the counter that was from people selling those items and tagging items that were sold and putting them on the sale floor. It was as if their entire process of going through items they want to buy from people to finding how much to sell it to us then pricing what they sell it for and getting it out was not done in any sort of efficient way. It’s unfortunate because I usually buy as many items I sell if I find the stuff that is in sizes for my kids and gently used products at decent prices for second hand. But no because I’m ready to run out that store with how bad I’m treated and the items that are out on the sales floor are raggedy stained items and Walmart brands more than others and sizes I need never have much of. Or out of season styles. Entire store runs the business backwards and blows my mind. RANT OVER.
The carseats cost more than they cost new. So they are either not second hand and are marked up a little or they are a complete ripoff. Whats the point of buying one there? Theres no discount..
Rude staff always giving you a attitude doesn’t want to listen to you when you are asking for help completely just rude
I have been coming here since about a yr after my son was born, so 13yrs of being a loyal customer and seller of great condition name brand clothes, shoes, furniture, toys, you name it, I've sold it... So if your going to randomly shut your selling side down 3hours before you close that's probably something you should post on your social media or website. Then to not at least give me the option of leaving my tote to be picked up the next day was rude. As I clearly struggled to haul in a 50lb tote in the sleet, snow and cold to begin with. I'd say 90% of your sellers and customers are single moms and don't have tons of time to waste. Maybe you should show some customer service and appreciation next time instead of showing satisfaction of telling a customer NO!
Went there with my wife today and was pretty impressed with the selection of clothes and the prices. Friendly staff and great deals, would recommend.
I was dumb & sold clothes here-very NICE, name brand clothes & shoes. They offered $44 for 31 items. Less then $1.40 per item! I was distracted by my screaming toddler and accepted to get out of there quickly, but realized I could have sold my items at a garage sale for more then that. Especially Matilda Jane, Gap, Hannah Andersson, mini Boden, Jcrew Kids, LLbean. I am so disappointed and won’t go back here. I would feel better about donating my nice items then ever going here again. Don’t waste your time!!
