This location is so overpriced and gross. Seriously all the clothes they sell are worn out and stained. You can buy brand new clothes at Walmart and target for the price they are selling used worn out clothes. $4 for a used Walmart shirt is insane when I can get it brand new at Walmart and I can get Cat & Jack clothes from target for $4-$5! They want $10-$15 for used sweaters!! $7+ for a pair of jeans. It’s nuts. They don’t clean the toys and all the toys are disgusting and gross. The once upon a child in findlay is way way way nicer.
Sale Advertising was misleading. I loaded my cart. They had lots of cute onesies with but because they "had a tag" it was supposedly not a part of the sale even though it had snaps. I drove 45 minutes and was completely disappointed.
Holy grumpy and inattentive staff... They cou8be bothered to stop their conversation to even acknowledge a family ready to checkout. Tracy absolutely sneers when a fellow worker had to ask her the price of something. I feel sorry for her coworkers.
This store has a no firearms sign, which prohibits individuals from exercising their constitutionally protected rights. If you value your rights, and want to be able to protect yourself from a criminal, you need to shop elsewhere!
Every time we go to the Perrysburg location they treat is very well and buy 70-80 percent of our items. We drive 30 miles to go to Perrysburg. However we are only 10 miles from sandusky location bit they are rude and don't buy anything. I should not have to walk onto that location with 7 laundry baskets filull of clothes and leave with 6.5 full. I don't have to worry about Perrysburg letting me down always friendly and always buying. Thankyou.
The prices are great if they are on sale and it is much cheaper than buying it the store but I brought in so many totes of newer things barely worn or equipment only taken out of the box a few times and I get a 2$off on a wrap that you can wrap and hold your newborn in that I bought down the street for 75$ and get a 2$ off I do love your store to shop but I will never try and sell again.
I have been going to this location for years for my grandchildren - they are ALWAYS helpful and very friendly , I have made calls before I would come to the store to inquire if they have an item I am specially looking for and they are very helpful and if not in stock they have taken my name and will call when the item might be offered. Tracy has been there for years and she ROCKS
I have been visiting this store for about 8 years, both buying and selling. I understand the process of them buying clothes, and have never had a bad experience...until today. Sweet lord, I think the employee that was "greeting" people needs a snack or a hug...so incredibly RUDE. I walked in to see tons of totes on the floor, and my own hands very full. Before setting it down, I asked how long the wait was. She never greeted me, but did ask if I had an appointment. I said no and asked if that was the only way they were doing things now? Perhaps not during the week??? I was unaware of the new policy. Her response "Can't you see the ground?" Wow. Worst part was, she didn't think it was rude, asked me if I wanted an appointment, but that they were booked until November. I've never worked retail, and I don't know what kind of day she'd had, but they were clearly overwhelmed. I spoke with the Findlay store and they don't have the same policy. Think I'll try that location next time.
Drove 45 mins thinking the perrysburg store would be nice boy was I wrong. Wasted my morning getting clothes together to sell and they weren’t excepting anything. Than I noticed the store was just a complete mess, behind the counter especially. I decided to shop for a few things and they had very little in my child’s size and lots of things had holes, stains or frayed fabric! Checking out they ignored me I had to stand at checkout for a few minutes before they even noticed me. Than they didn’t even offer me a bag for my stuff. I will never go back here, it’s messy , bad customer service and the clothes are not that great. I’ve been to other stores which were top notch.
If I could give no stars I would. Brought in items that were brand name, not hardly worn at all and they passed on them all. I don't know if they are expecting stuff right from the store to them or what. Most things in the store are not as nice as what you are dropping off so I guess I don't get it. I would save your time and money for gas to try to sell them anything and actually donate your items to someone who needs it.
