Hi my name is Chase and I visit one flight up almost once a week. I’ve been to many similar shops but this one is by far the best and most professional staff. Today Kevin helped me. The guy brightened my mood in a way that is hard to put into words. His kind smile and knowledge helped me make a good selection, I always end up finding something new and awesome with their help. Christina also helped me so many times when I come in and she is so kind and patient with all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and she is very knowledgeable. Drew is the third employee I’ve met and the guy is awesome too! Just like Kevin and Christina he is knowledgeable and professional. He was courteous and patient while I rambled on after a long day of work. I remember immediately feeling like this is my new home after meeting each of these employees on different occasions. I love how they are helping this business grow, as i would like to see this place stay profitable for a long time and stay open, and I think they do a good job of encourage and growing sale. I think offering some sort of transition for customers into home-growing may be the next evolution for this business to transition for the future. I imagine seeing a demo at the store, indoor and outdoor, and afterwards I am purchasing and taking home a box of supplies that you guys organize to start my own grow in the future. If anyone can pull it off, it’s this team of amazing people ! Thank you so much !
This is a must for Baltimore County 420 friendlies. They have a ton of merchandise for a decent price point. Been shopping here forever and always stop when I am in town. While not the charming atmosphere of the old actual one flight up location, it's still very welcoming and a fun experience.

This place should be on the last spot on your list to visit. Over priced glass, horrible service. I went here a couple of weeks ago and there is this lady in particular that seems to hate her customers, maybe because she's old or something?? I really don't know but I haven't been going there ever since I met that lady. She is horrible, and kept following me around making me feel uncomfortable, and she gave me a really disgusting tone at the cash register.
The female associate that there is there is quite knowledgeable. My only downfall I have about this place is I wish there was a bulk discount, I drive all the way from Hershey Pennsylvania which is almost 2 hours away with traffic to acquire some product that's not available even on your online site, and I bought every single one that was in the store but it does get a little pricey when there is no bulk discount for what I'd purchased. Overall she's an excellent associate, keep up the good work, and try to negotiate bulk purchase discounts especially for a person who does a 4-Hour round trip other than that I have no complaints.
