Scratch made custom cakes, cookies, and pastries!
In March of 2010, I graduated with Honors from the Art Institute of California San Diego with an Associates of Science in Baking and Pastry. Since then I have worked as a Supervisor at a bread bakery, Head Pastry Chef at a catering company, and dabbled in baked goods for medical cannabis dispensaries. Nowadays, I am a stay at home mom and I work out of my home making custom cakes, cookies, and desserts. I am skilled in both savory and sweet, and experienced with gluten free cooking and baking. I bake only from scratch and all my cake decorations are completely edible and hand modeled.
