Worst Bar I've ever been to in my life. I went tubing in Red Lake Falls and decided to stop here for food on the way home. There was no bartender to be found. When I finally got someone to take my order, I found out that she didn't even work there. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. However, the cook was amazing and the food was good.
Me and my grandkids ordered from one and only. I had the skillet it was best skillet I had in a long time. You get a good portion for what you pay. I couldn't even finish it and my granddaughter couldn't finish her pancakes. That was awesome . It was delicious.
One man show and got us out great food fast - 2 adults with ribs and ribeye and kids with pancakes and French toast and everyone was happy. Great stop! Thought it was closed as I tried to open the glass door on the highway but the two non glass doors are the only entrances the locals showed me as I was about to walk away.
Hair in my food. Two pieces. Hash browns were good. Cod was out of a box. Cod was mushy and not flaky. There was no effort by the waitress or the fry cook to compensate us for the gross hair. Freaked me out. Not my hair. Mines pure white. My wife was satisfied with her pork ribs. The owner or manager was not on site. My wife has talked to the owner and he was very apolagetic and offered her two meals if we come back. The sad part is it could have been avoided if the cook had a precautionary plan. Hat. Hair net.
Been there 100+ times. Never a bad experience!Food: 5/5
Food is very expensive. It's not a place to go on a fixed income or a family outing.Food: 4/5
The food overall was satisfying, but definitely on the pricy side for being in the middle of nowhere. It's a pretty loud place even around 5pm, but that's kind of to be expected given what it is. Kid-friendliness: Not an inexpensive place to feed kids. Expect $10 or $11 with some milk.
Made the trip here for my wife's birthday. The food was excellent. We will be returning.Food: 5/5
I had read in the local newspaper that the best ribs in the entire state were at this small Cafe in a little town in Minnesota so we drove up there and I have to say that the ribs were just average, but the barbecue sauce was very good the ribs where also chewy and not fall off the bone. My wife ordered the prime rib and it was a huge chunk of meat very tough to chew...all in all we were very disappointed they're definitely not the best ribs in the area ....sorry
Food was amazing, nice staff. Had the Philly pizza and it was delicious. Real chunks of steak on it, not the shreds of processed steak, they use top ingredients. You pay a bit for it but well worth it.
