Totally agree, the worst place for any dropping parcels or picking up It took me 4 trips to drop a parcel. Not good at all. Staff not very helpful, they make you feel like you’re being for any service they provide.
Rubbish rude offensive !! Staff talk amongst themselves in a foreign language whilst customers are waiting in a long queue to pay !! It’s Better to walk the 5 minutes to Co-op or Sainsburys where you find Fresh food and good staff and collect card points Nectar etc.
Jimil needs to work on his customer service skills. I was standing patiently in the queue holding a lot of heavy items. A man walks in to return his parcels and was served in front of me even though I was waiting for 5 minutes. Then when jimil finally serves me, no apologies just a miserable face. He saw I brought bulks of heavy items and didn’t even help me pack my things up in the bag, just watched me do it. Not happy.
Would give less if possible. Terrible costumer service. Unable to cope with simple questions like if there are alternatives and taken the questions as a personal complaint. Another interesting things is the person that spoke to me doesn't think this is a public service.... so not sure who they are servicing if not the public. Manager everything but helpful and also sarcastic. Obviously not used to being challenged nor skills to deal with that. But in truth is the costumer option not to use their establishment which I shall to avoid upsetting the staff
Awful customer service i always use this shop for my parcels and never had a problem and now they refused to give me my parcel asked for id or proof of address so had to go home and return to the shop with proof of address and still refused to give me my parcel explained this was all i had i had my tracking number proof of address confirmation email and still refused to help me so now i have to wait for it to be sent back to depo and wait for a refund absolute shambles!!!! Will not be using again!!
Manager does not call back. Left 3 messages over 3 days. My parcel has not arrived at Amazon and the receipt number does not work on Evri tracking
This place is the absolute worst for the Hermes services. They shouldn't offer it if they don't know how to do it. Every single time I go to collect an order it takes them anywhere between 20-40 mins to scan my parcel and give it to me. It's a very simple thing but every time they claim it was scanned in when they received it. How can there be the same issue EVERY SINGLE TIME. The last time I went in I waited 45 whole minutes for them to scan it, only to be told in the end that they don't know what to do and I should come back the next day when the manager will be in. Oh and of course no-one even bothered offering me an apology just like every other time.
WOULDNT EVEN GIVE 1 star I call because there’s missing items.the guy screamed at me saying we don’t sell eggs. So unprofessional and I’ve made a complaint escalating this. Rude people, wish I never spent anymore there.
One of the best shoes in the area. Long time opening and you can find a lot things. Also, here you can return amazon parcel.
I would like to say a HUGE Thank you to all of the different staff that served me over the past few months. I cannot wear a face mask due to extreme medical conditions, and I always apologise for not wearing one when I come in, but the staff have all been very lovely and supportive, which is such a welcome relief as I have had alot of hostile and aggressive experiences in other shops. I can get everything I need in this shop, and the special offers are all really good. Thank you so much
