Although this could be a beautiful place it currently seems run down. We drove through to see if we thought it would be a safe place to rent a lot and the first thing I noticed was the clutter around the units. Some lots were well kept but it was very few. The second thing I experienced within 1 min of pulling in was two very obvious tweakers walking down the rd. They were nice and said hi as we drove past but they were definitely not someone I would want lurking around my place. The next thing that was off putting was that there was no one in the office. In fact they had very short office hours 3 days a week for just a couple hours on those days. The box at the office that read Info was actually full of blank complaint forms. The only positive things I can say are that they responded in a reasonable time to my email and that the place has potential if management were to work harder at getting long term residents to clean up thier areas.
Seemed to be pleasant in the area where my good friend is located in the park. Did see some shady characters along the way in but the o nite has made some very nice n rewarding changes since I've visited last. Keep up the very promising n rewarding job management!!!
Management sucks and you never get to use the amenities you pay for. The cops are always here for one reason or another, and there is always people stealing out of your space. I would recommend not even thinking about coming here . If I could give it less than a one star I would. Also very unclean you will find dirty used syringes on the ground all the time. They say there is bingo every Tuesday and they are liars . Their review of themselves is ridiculous and they will steal right from under your nose too. The owner of the Onite really needs to find clean and sober management that also is old enough to do there job.
I’m actually very blessed to be living here! Indeed! The manager,Arthur, and his dad and other workers here really keep up on the place and the ducks,well I guess they flew south for the winter.all in all, It’s comfortable enough for me! Yup!,Indeed.
They have terrible nachos there was no nacho cheese just dry tortilla chips with sprinkles of cheese and tiny fatty strips of chicken and tons of green tomatoes.yuck! Also it seemed like they didnt get many customers it was like i was at a strangers house. But considering they never brang my bill and the police asked me to leave im only giving it 3 stars.
I'm sure it was a good place long ago. Now it's in horrible disrepair the pool hasn't been cleaned or operating for a while looks like a cesspool. Bathrooms not usable. Only one overnight spot the rest are people who live here full time.
Not the most beautiful overnight trailer park I've seen but it does have one nice feature about it. In the North side of the park office is a nice pond fed by the overflow of the Sacramento river. It is findable but mainly only perch and catfish. Most of the trailer here are lived in year round.
The park where my daughter and I live is amazing the manager is amazing and the best manager we have ever had I would strongly recommend this park to everyone and the residents in here are friendly and amazing there are some pretty awesome and amazing people here the manager is amazing and awesome the grounds are always kept neat and clean as well as the laundry facilities
Looking for a good Community to move to onite Mobile Home Park is not the place I've met and the Ducks ain't they bad and if everybody loses power in this city we still have power cuz we got our solar panels but the management here should be changed. There is trash all over. They have stray cats that kill the Japanese ducks that I witnessed. The police just left. They told the management they were wrong they were putting my stuff in the trash without the right documents.
This is not a bad place to live. The new manager has clean it up a lot & he's right on anything that needs to be fixed. You have a nice yard and there pet friendly
