Dear Sir/Madam, I initially attempted to reach out to your organization via email, but regrettably, I did not receive any responses. Consequently, I am now posting my inquiry here in the hope of receiving a timely and constructive response. I would like to bring to your attention my recent visit to your spa on September 30 . My booking experience was less than satisfactory, as the staff member I interacted with had limited English proficiency. I had intended to book two appointments simultaneously, but I was informed that only time slots at 2 PM and 3 PM were available. I agreed to confirm the 3 PM appointment and was told I could call the following morning for the second booking. The next morning, around 9:30 AM, I called as instructed. However, I was informed that neither of my appointments was confirmed, despite my previous understanding. The staff member mentioned that I could call back in the morning, so I did, expecting to confirm the second appointment. To my surprise, I was told that both appointments were still unconfirmed. After some back and forth, one of the appointments was finally confirmed. When my friend and I arrived at the spa, I emphasized that it was a special occasion for my friend, and I requested that everything be exceptional. Admittedly, we were slightly late. During our visit, I noticed that the receptionist who had handled our booking had taken my friend for her massage session. Unfortunately, my friend was left dissatisfied with her massage experience. She expressed that the therapist lacked the necessary skills and knowledge, I am sure she was not a therapist resulting in discomfort and pain that persisted for three days .My friend was in good health prior to the massage, but subsequently experienced nausea and the sensation of wanting to vomit right after massage I chose your spa with great care because my friend regularly enjoys massage sessions, and I wanted her special day to be extraordinary. Despite having numerous options, I opted for what I believed to be the best choice. Regrettably, the experience fell far short of our expectations, and my friend is inclined to share her dissatisfaction on Google as a complaint. We had invested a considerable amount in this experience, and it is disheartening to have encountered such issues during what was meant to be a special occasion. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and address the issues we faced to ensure the continued satisfaction of your customers. Julie was absolutely amazing. I feel like a whole new person. She just hit all the right spots. She was also super friendly and kind hearted. Overall an absolute fantastic experience. Definitely coming back. As for the place it was super clean as well. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lilia the receptionist was also super friendly and she made the whole booking experience super easy.
My girlfriend & I had 2 great experiences at Ono Spa this week. The first was a 60min hot stone massage & the second, 60min therapeutic massage. The quality & professionalism of the massages were amongst the best I’ve ever experienced at spas & massage locations. Although we are renting a cottage at Bel Air Tremblant for 6 nights, it should be noted that anyone can come & experience this as well. Our massage therapists Cristina, Steven & Emelie did a great job at assessing our needs & adjusting the massage to them. Highly recommend for people looking for a great massage, in a relaxing setting.
5 stars on the massage and staff. Excellent experience. 4 stars on the facility. Neat little place, interlock needs work around the pool. More of a party atmosphere it seemed. If you are looking for a calm spa experience, maybe Nordique or Scandanavie.

My treatments at the Ono spa were essentially the best I’ve experienced, and I can say this after having visited spas all over the world. I look forward to visiting the Ono Spa again soon!
Therapeutic massage, sauna, spa and wellness areas. The masseuse helped relax tense muscles from past injuries and stress. The staff was very kind and the whole experience was very relaxing.
Had a truly amazing experience here. Lilia who works at the front was so welcoming and accommodating and made our stay great. My masseuse, Julie, was also so excellent and I left that place feeling better than I have in a long time after the massage. Highly recommend!
Great spa within the Bel Air tremblant resort! The massage therapist was great, and the receptionist lady Lilia was so wonderful, friendly and made me feel welcome. I had a nice time relaxing at the spa for a nice massage and sauna. I didn’t use the jacuzzi as I have one in the cottage we are staying at, but I’m sure it’s great!
Great experience with the duo massage. Friendly service, very accommodating and professional. Definitely want to come again soon!
