REPEATEDLY return my son's mail to sender. The address is correct, it's not a forwarded address. The sender doesn't know why they're being returned and neither do i. Very frustrating. We get his mail half the time. So one driver is returning everything instead of delivering it, and that's frustrating.
Every time I go to the post office to drop something off, the parking lot is full and there are no places to park. This last time I drove around the block 10 times and still nobody left the parking spot. Finally I parked down the road a ways and walked, only to find that there was not one single customer in the post office. This has been an ongoing problem for years and I have suggested before that they put up signs at each of the parking spots in front of the post office saying “for post office customers only. All others will be towed.” Please do something to help customers out in this issue.
The guy I was talking to was nice and very helpful. Thanks for having great people to deal with.
I didn't catch her name, but the woman working the front was an absolute superhero! She listened very thoughtfully to my issue and personally went out and recovered a lost package for me and hand delivered it to my house within the time it took me to drive home. Then successfully intercepted and rerouted a letter i was expecting that was mislabeled. She went above and beyond for me and I deeply appreciate her work ethic!
Great post office. The crew always tells me if there is an issue with my package and instead of shipping them back to me they fix the issue and send them out for me. I redirected all my outgoing from Payette to this location. Great customer service!
Best customer service experience I've ever had visiting the USPS Office in Ontario Oregon. Both customer counter representatives named Chance and Jessie provide me with friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
Horrible service. Never do their job. The only person that works there is the custodial staff and quite frankly they do a better job than the supervisor gets paid for. I hope that everyone on this staff gets relieved of their services. They never deliver the mail in a timely manner. They won't even deliver the mail if it happened to snow a quarter of inch of snow. Havent received my mail in almost a week's time! Every year for the past three years this happens. I understand it's a small town. But I don't have time to be wasting on such a poor performance staff. Could the government of this state could please review this business and reiterate what government and state protocols they have to follow. It is sincerely unfair to all of the ontario citizens. How we always have to go out of our way because the delivery woman sits in the truck texting on her phone about a good 25 minutes before she actually puts the mail in the mailbox. I really hope professionalism and actually following protocol takes effect when it comes to this is postal service sometime in the near future.
Very helpful ladies working there today! I called ahead with a tracking number for a parcel that said delivered that I had requested they hold for me, which they did. It was up and the front and ready for pick up when I arrived.
Quick friendly service.
Always honest and friendly service, clean,,a pleasure doing business with the whole staff,,great job in ontario,,you will see !
