Just got off the phone with the receptionist regarding getting vulnerable sector checks. It appears to be a very backlogged process at this point but I very much appreciated the conversation with the courteous attendant. She was informative and helpful.
An OPP officer came to our house in Almonte on Saturday March 18 to come and talk to my husband. He took the time to have a compassionate talk. He stayed in the hospital until the doctor was available. Unfortunately we don't have his name but we would like to thank you very much. You are one of the good guys.
On Sunday night I had someone call the police on me for returning a key I did nothing wrong and he told the police I had threatened him which again was not true. The woman police officer that dealt with me was amazing she could see I was clearly upset as I explained the situation I became quite emotional and again she could see I was hurting. I was so upset I cant remember her name but she was so understanding and compassionate she treated me as though I was one of her girlfriends talking to me about the situation and basically consoling me. Her kind words some how made the situation better for me. This officer truly does her job with respect and compassion for people. I hope you get to read this because I want you to know that you are an amazing person and I thank you for being so kind to me. Respectfully Parked by wildwood
