This place was recommended, she grooms a Yorkie and a Poodle. So I brought 2 poodles here and she left them looking cute. I wanted their hair short. I came in and they were happy to stay and once I came back they were happy. I noticed she does big dogs as well. Will be returning customer.
DONT GO HERE. They literally cut off a chunck of my 10 y/o dogs skin and used operation glue without my knowledge. They didn't even tell me until after I arrived to pick him up. They tried passing it off as a small cut razor burnand how they put ointment on him. It was weird but i tend to think the best of people. They gave me a 5 dollar discount for the grooming hoping I wouldn't notice the severity, but once I got home I wanted to check myself. Sure enough it was a dirty sloppily cut with two pieces of skin overlapping eachother with a substance I had no knowledge of and later learned when I returned that it was "operation glue." I angrily asked for a full refund and that I would be taking him to the vet where he underwent surgery and a handful of stitches to his injury. It makes me feel awful knowing he was in a dirty kennel, hurt licking an open wound that would surely get infected while I was patiently waiting at home. I not once thought something of this magnitude would ever happen to me. I ended up having to pay over 1500 in fees for surgery and am so angry at myself for ever trusting this groomer with my senior dog.
I have three dogs they mean everything to me. I've been getting them groomed here for years. The nice lady that runs the place is very friendly she goes out of her way for you. Many times I asked her to have my dogs ready at a certain time she has them ready and never complains once she even brought in a extra groomer for my dogs. I've gone to other places before they were more expensive they didn't know how to cut my dogs hair. I will never go anywhere else she knows my dogs and how they should be groomed. Shes very giving out of nowhere shes given me harnesses, leashes, dog treats, she also takes pictures of your dogs on holidays. It's good to have your own personal groomer you can rely on. She makes you feel special so anyone out there looking for there own personal groomer this is the place to go. That's how I feel even though she has hundreds of other customers.
I just got 2 Shih Tzu puppies from Lisa, the owner yesterday and I couldnt be more thrilled. I always wanted to be a dog owner, and my wife loves small dogs also. My daughter always loves to touch dogs and pet them, so I feel like I found the right place to adopt and bring new puppies home. Two puppies are in adjustment period, and have been pretty much normal in terms of health and personalities. Both are siblings, and i heard bringimg siblings will keep them in company and they would whine/cry less at night. Our first night was great..both slept in their small bed and been eating on time. They tend to be greedy during meal time..but thats good! Lisa, the owner is very kind and caring with all of her pets in the store. She made sure I was a good owner to take care of the puppies..definately made me feel like she cared about the animals. I will keep coming back to purchase any future supplies from Lisa.

When your dog needs grooming, you should go to Ooh! Puppy. They treat your dog like it's their own. I have a dog and she doesn't like to be groomed at all. When we go to other shops she gets stress and doesn't eat. But after going to Ooh! Puppy, my dog likes to be groomed and has gotten very relaxed. THANKS TO THE GROOMERS AT Ooh! Puppy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took my dog on Saturday and i have been going for 3 times. Every time i go i hear dogs crying not barking. I let it go the first time but it just bothers me to hear them like that. Does anyone else feel like this? I feel as if they mishandled them and are insensitive.
Lisa is awesome,she really cares about dogs! We bought a puppy back in November 2018 and Char, Char Charlie is doing fine, she grooms him and does a great job!
The groomers allowed my dog to escape! I was searching for hours and couldn't find him but luckily someone was kind enough to take him in and bring him to the nearest animal hospital. I do not recommend this groomers if you have a big dog, they cannot handle them.
