I went in for a basic checkup on 8/2/2022. I said I was just there for a checkup, and I didn't consent to any services that would cost me money. Emily Faust and the front desk assistant both assured me my Regence insurance would cover the visit. They charged me $70 anyway. So y'all get to lie about costs and diagnose me with anxiety? Ain't y'all the ones causing it?
If I was to go Into detail about what happened to myself and my family I doubt anyone would believe it. They profiled us and just because one person who is a different " Skin Tone, religious background or beliefs we're just not the same as everyone else, does not give you the right to pass judgment on them or to categorize them as one person. We are all different and it's supposed to be that way. If God wanted us all the same we would be! I'll be a pretty lame place to live in if everybody looks exactly the same and act exactly the same. Is 2022 it's time to let go of the negative stereotypes that Generations before us have made and to be open-minded! All lives matter! You would think that a doctor's office might know this? But I can tell you for a fact that Community Health is not.
----PHONE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AS OF 7/20/22, YOU MUST GO IN PERSON TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE--- The dotors here are amazing, reception is also awesome! Everyone is short staffed everywhere, this clinic is no exception. Please have patience for the ladies at reception, they are awesome but have a lot on their plate, they will treat you the same way you treat them. Many appointments are weeks to months out, but if you have ever been to a specialist, this is nothing new. If you need more immediate attention, go to urgentcare or hospital.
I’ve always had good communication with staff. They report results of tests promptly. The receptionists at the front desk are professional and friendly. I like my PCP very much and others I have seen as well. I find the patient portal easy to navigate and helpful for leaving a question for my doctor. I have heard some negative comments about Community Health, but my experiences have been positive.
The front staff are rude, when I asked to set up an appointment for a UTI I was told to go over to urgent care! The front staff clerk decided what my healthcare should look like! I was never able to get into see my doctor any attempts to get around the front clerk were denied! I then called to refill a script for back spasms, I did finally get an appointment only a month later I never did recieve a script for muscle relaxer nor did I recieve a call back from a nurse! The treatment they give their clients is sub-par!
They recipiently changed my appointment to a phone appointment and I like to see my doctor when it concerns my health this totally unexpectedable in my way of looking at thinks. If the doctor can't see U in person appointment should be rescheduled not phone called.
I love my doctor there ,but any time calling the clinic you always get sent to voicemail you call again just sent to voicemail so if you have an urgent need I wouldn't count on getting a hold of anyone there. For days or not at all. Update on review! I called the clinic today asked to schedule an appointment in the next week, week and a half that I was having breathing problems. The receptionist was very rude and told me that she cannot get me in until August 12 today is June 20th they are not an emergency clinic I explained I knew that I just needed an appointment before that time frame she told me to go to urgent care or the emergency room if I needed medical care before then. Not sure if community health have promoted receptionist to make it medical decisions for their patients.
Love the Doctors. Hate the reception team. They are just horrible. When I was pregnant and called about something to talk to a nurse. The nurse and the receptionist didn't get back to me until the next week on Tuesday when I called on a Thursday morning. Also with my daughter's appointments we're supposed be getting a call when to schedule another and I never get a call so I have to call them and still get why do you calling to be schedule. When there is a note in the chart when we are supposed to schedule an appointment. And it hasn't happened just once it's every check up.
Staff are great but it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. The office part is horrible. Communication is really bad as well.
Edit: I am unsure of why the front desk is the complete opposite of the doctors. Every time I call they are rude, and while I was there the scheduler decided to talk about my papsmear loud enough so that the entire waiting room could hear. How embarrassing and unprofessional. Took me while to get in as a new patient, but I’ve never met a more attentive and kind group of doctors!! Definitely the best place in town for health care.
