Thank you to Dr. Patel and his assistant. I had to get my tooth pulled yesterday, they were so patient with me. My visit turned into 2 visits. He prescribed me something to settle my nerves, allowed me to come back and he got the job finished!! I’ve been a patient here for years, I’ve never been let down! Very friendly and caring practice! Thank you for your patience and compassion!
Nice dentist office. Plenty of seating with a t.v to watch in the front. The staff is attentive and get you back with the dentist as quickly as possible. Once in the back you speak with the dentist who does a great job. Their is also t.vs to watch in the back with each dentist chair. I went in for a cleaning and the dentist did his thing with 0 pain. I have a follow up for fillings next week and am confident in the dentists abilities to do his job.
The girls up front our Amazing and the doctors and rest of the staff is amazing as well!! Always help me and my family get the appointment's we need that are convenient to our schedule and take good care of us!!!
The staff and dentist are great people!! They explain everything they are doing,and they give you options on your dental problems. And the dentist I like to see is Ms. V that's what I call her lol, but they are all great!!
The women here are fantastic. The doc has super light hands that I didn't even need to get numb up. Definitely a 5 star rating.
I have had second appointment at Optima.They were kind and polite. Helping me figure out what I can do with the budget I have to work with. The girls at the desk were a lot of help.And the Dr is kind.She was reassuring me. Impressions were made .Work will begin in about 2 weeks.
Walked in with no appointment, 20 minutes later I was on my way with prescription in hand to help with my gum irritation, peace of mind from the exray showing nothing serious is going on and the staff and doctor were so helpful and polite. It was refreshing to leave a place of business with a smile on my face
Not a negative to be had. Everyone was nice and I got excellent care. I really dislike going to the dentist but they made it more than tolerable. I recommend!
Clementina and Dr Katie were very gentle with me! They did a thorough job with the process and explained what was going on each step of the way. Clementina made sure my filling was correct and as comfortable as possible.
This place is great I had to get a filling without funny gas and they numbed me up so much that I did not feel a thing. They are very gentle and kind people that work there. I recommend this place to anyone that is scared of going to a dentist. Thank you Dr Ketty and klementia
