Went here with the wife to transfer our service from At&t. The person who helped us was very friendly and efficient and had us done in less than 20 min. He should work for NASCAR.
Staff was good they made this a 3 star not a 1. Pointless data collection at the front door. 5 staf members with one other customer in the store in a fancy mostly empty building. I see where all my money goes from my subscription. Poor corporate mangment. They even branched into cell service to try to save the failing business model. Almost no parking at 10 am on a Friday. Got boxed in by a line for Starbucks too. I will avoid this shoping complex.
They tried to scam me once out of 500 dollars. When I tried to complain they told me they didn't have managers and nobody spoke English. On the phone you get transferred around the world. When I called to complain about it they said do you want to but a phone for 10 dollars. You almost have to laugh but then sue them. Clearly a scam. Nobody can be this clueless. Can they? They transferred me around the phone for 5 days straight running scam after scam.
Internet was slow and too expensive! Service people at the Bayonne couldn't help out and I had to go back home to call Optimum to cancel service and then go back home to the store to drop off equipment.SMH!!!
This optimum location is fantastic in every way to customer services on beatable by the faculty here Gabriel, yanet and everybody else are fantastic in every way possible way better than the phone service customer service which is horrible from optimum
I was in a store in Bayonne NJ today, the girl who worked there in the morning, i.e. around 10:30 in the morning, was very unpleasant. Not only that the bill for the internet speed 500 pays, the actual speed is from 28-45. She didn't even give her name, once, twice she didn't even give a phone number to Manager. Stay away from Optimum. This company is terrible. After Christmas I have a meeting with the lawyer and we'll see who will ignore the clients.?

Nice looking worst customer service ever they cant do nothing cant give a box cant.add a.service cant even buy anything no wonder its empty. No one want to go there
