I had an excellent experience with Optimum Therapies! They worked with me through two, almost back-to-back massive shoulder repairs of the same shoulder. Drew and Sally were extremely knowledgeable and really helped me to understand the process of getting back my strength and mobility. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful getting appointments made around my schedule. I would highly recommend Optimum to anyone needing physical therapy!
The staff at Optimum Therapies were extremely helpful and kind. Kevan takes the time to understand the situation and know each client on a personal level. This made therapy more enjoyable. When I started therapy, I was walking but had issues with standing, sitting, and bending due to a tailbone injury. After a few sessions and at home suggested exercises, I am extremely pleased with my results. I would recommend Kevin and Optimum Therapy to friends, family, and anyone who is currently struggling with loss of movement. Thank you for caring.
This is a great place everyone is very professional. I had rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery, in Jan 2023 I worked with Linda. She is very Knowledgeable and even caring, she wants you to get all your range of motion back. I have had multiple surgeries over the years and have seen multiple therapist, I have never meet a therapist who works harder to get you back one your feet. Highly recommend her and Optimum.
Professional, friendly atmosphere. Kevan provided easy to understand instructions as to how my issues could be treated along with basic at home followup. Thank you for your treatment in keeping me moving forward in health.
After a couple of tries at PT at a different facility where I felt rushed and not heard, I decided to try Optimum. These folks are the best. They listen and really tailor your therapy to fit what you hope to achieve. I am working with Drew and John and they are both really personable and easy to talk to. For the first time I feel as though I have a voice in my therapy program. Highly recommend!
PT with John & Kate has been amazingly helpful. The joint mobilization has changed my life. I now have better posture, more energy, and an opportunity to strengthen muscles that need it. Thank you so much.
I had a great experience with Optimum, I was seen there after having a Running injury with Achilles strain and hip flexor strain. Kevan and John were both amazing and really tailored my treatment plan to my needs. Just completed treatment and getting back into running, would recommend 1000%!
Schedules multiple months out and always told "we had unexpected absence today sorry SOL. I don't know how they expect to be seen as professional when they cannot operate a professional business. I would look elsewhere if you can.
Optimum Therapies is an amazing facility overall! I was referred to them by my NP for physical therapy for postpartum rehabilitation and strengthening and I couldn't be happier!! The entire staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in! I worked with Drew and Brittany and they do AMAZING work! I have pretty severe social anxiety and situations like this usually make me super uncomfortable, but they are so relaxed and easy to talk to, it wasn't awkward at all. They are knowledgeable and truly care about what they do. I have made HUGE improvements where I was hurting in just a matter of one month. I highly recommend getting in if you need it! Such a great experience!
Great place and great people. KeVan and Sally provide therapy services in a very professional manner. The therapy works if you are an actual participant.
