Working at one of the fulfillment center I can confidently say your are better off with a different pharmacy. I would advise seeking employment elsewhere.
I think overall this is the best place for getting multiple RX's, 90 day refills. Open 24 hours a live person can help with questions and have started and solved issue I saw with online information, to ensure I continued to receive my medicines. Thanks
Do NOT give this company your credit card information, they will keep charging you and then not allow you to return the medication. I have tried to cancel multiple times and spend hours on the phone and they still will not take back the medicine I did not order. Over $900, please be wary of using this company.
The failed to mail my insulin pumps out and I ended up in the ER. I confirmed the order 3 times 2.5 weeks ago .This is an unreliable pharmacy .
Guys for the love of god confirm you have the requested medication BEFORE you text out shipping dates. Don't mess with people's heads like that. All of us need those meds to live. So verify you actually have the meds first pretty please
If 0 stars was available I'd pick that. Worst company ever! Can't understand anyone I talk to & none of the multiple reps that I've spoke to can tell me what is the problem! This company is awful! Ford motor company needs to switch back to express scripts!!!?!!!
The reps have different information. They don't know what they are saying. I got a supervisor that was extremely rude and dismissive. She was short with me and explained that she didn't have to answer my question. My medication is extremely important for my sustained life. Do I feel valued...I would have to say a I don't know. They know the meds should have been shipped. To have people working in health care customer service give off an attitude to the sick is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. Value your patients lives more!
Honestly the worst pharmacy, online information is NEVER correct and even if the prescription says "generic" they will try to make you buy name brand, don't ever leave a credit card on file. I absolutely hate dealing with them.
There have been 8 interactions with OptumRx over one medication and still they can’t reach my physician. I have repeatedly given them the number and they keep using another one. The last attempt they made was to the wrong doctor. They are grossly inept and impossible to deal with.
My husband is on TPN and we ran out. They worked through the day trying to unravel why and found our order got held up by FedEx. TPN takes hours to blend and Kansas City is 2.5 hours away but they know how much my husband needs it. They made another batch and hired a courier that got it to us only an hour passed his scheduled start. Best. Pharmacy. Ever.
