A couple of my dental friends referred me to this place, and let me tell you I am so happy I choose there. I worked as a dental assistant for 2 years and I’ve done muiltple surgery cases, I knew what to expect but was terrified for the pain and being put to sleep can be a nerve racking. This was one of the best experiences I have had! I have little to no pain and I’m very pleased with Dr. Hawkins work, thanks to her wonderful assistant Angie and the front lady Ashley that helped me out as well, thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience !
I recently had a broken tooth and from the first phone call with the staff at Oral and Facial Surgery Center I was treated with the upmost respect and care. They fit me in quickly and made sure I was no longer in pain. At the appointment, check in was a breeze and had everything prepared even with short notice. I was walked by the assistant to my room where they made sure I knew exactly what to expect during the procedure. Dr. Jensen was super nice and friendly and procedure went so smoothly and made me feel comfortable. When the procedure was done the assistant walked to the check out person. I was never treated like a number there. I appreciate everything they did for me! Thank you!
Dr. Kurt Jensen is the best! His professionalism and knowledge of dentistry is superb. He makes you feel comfortable during the procedure. I have had a couple of implants and grafting with no problem. I have a couple more implants to have done and he will be my guy! Love him and his friendly staff!
I had two broken teeth that needed to be pulled which I waited long to do because of my horrible past experiences. I got here and the staff and dr Hawkins were incredible! They calmed me down and any time i experienced pain or discomfort they stopped and adjusted so I wouldn’t be in pain. They were kind and patient and when you’re in need of this kind of care, that is key! Thank you I will recommend you to all my friends and family.
The team I had was amazing. Both of these wonderful women helped ease my extreme anxiety of needles. I had to have 4 teeth extracted, and they talked to me through the whole thing, letting me know what was happening, what they were going to do next, and even showing me my teeth when I asked. I am extremely happy with the service provided, and if I ever need another oral surgeon service, I will be coming back. Thank you!
I am that person who is petrified to have dental work done, especially the unfortunate situation where an extraction and/or possible bone graft is necessary to get the site ready for an implant. I went in to Dr. Jensen's office and was immediately made to feel welcomed. The office is very comfortable and the exam rooms were immaculate. I was so nervous and had the fortunate opportunity to have Rhiannon walk me through my experience. Then I met Dr. Jenson. He was so experienced and professional and took the time to answer my questions. Before you know it, I was done. 30 minutes I was on my way to the car. Dr. Jensen himself even phoned me to check in on me later that day. I will never choose another Oral Surgeon anywhere else after this experience. I found the best and that's where I'm staying. Thank you Rhiannon and Dr. Jensen. It means so much to be to have been in such capable hands.
This place has always been great to me past and present. Dr. Jensen and his staff made me feel comfortable during my procedure and talked me through everything. They are all very nice. Taking a nap during and extraction and bone graph is the way to go. You know you have a great Dr. when he called and check on me later that night of the surgery. I highly recommend this place!!
When I say I love this office and all the staff it's such an understatement. I know if Chrissy R answers my phone calls I'm about to have ALL my concerns addressed in such a casually professional way, it's like talking to an old friend. The kindness, the humor and the thoroughness she brings to patients is unparalleled. 5 stars across the board to this incredible practice!
Took my daughter in to get her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hawkins. When scheduled her appointment Ashley was very helpful and great at getting her in. When we are arrived Ashley was there to make her feel very comfortable and assured her she was in great hands. Ashley is awesome at her job!!
Dr. Alexandria Hawkins and the two ladies in during my daughter's dental extractions were absolutely amazing, as well as the lady who kept me informed when my daughter was asleep and all finished. I called ahead of time due to being nervous about our 6 year old going under anesthesia and they were kind and answered all of my questions. My daughter was very nervous and cried before the procedure, but afterwards she said she already wanted to go back. I am so happy we went here and will 100% go back if we ever need to for our children.
