Dr. Benjamin Abt and his staff promise to provide our patients with the ultimate care in Oral Surgery. This includes delivering the highest quality of technical care and treating our patients with respect, courtesy, and compassion.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Benjamin R. Abt, D.M.D., M.D., Prescott, AZ, practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom tooth removal and dental pathology to TMJ and corrective jaw surgery. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant, reconstruction, and bone grafting procedures.

Dr. Abt’s staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting.

Went to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. The procedure itself was extremely quick, about 45 minutes. They walked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable, and answered any questions I had before putting me on IV sedation. I went right to sleep and did not feel any pain or discomfort. They also sent me home with a detailed list of what to do for aftercare that was very clear and precise. The staff was also very kind and let me know I could give them a call at any time if I had any questions or concerns. Overall great experience and would highly recommend especially for anyone who has anxiety or is afraid of medical-related procedures.
I received excellent care at the Oral and Facial Surgery Center of Prescott. I was in desperate need for an immediate wisdom teeth extraction. I called in on a Monday explaining my situation. The receptionist took the time to listen, which made me feel that their office was committed to my care. In short I needed to have this procedure completed prior to the termination of my dental plan coverage. The office was very efficient. The receptionist scheduled me for a consult on Wednesday, then an extraction on Friday. During each visit, the team was professional and caring. Dr. Abt was exceptional in explaining the process, and had a warm heart. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends. Side note the office was absolutely gorgeous, it had a personal touch with family photos framed on the wall

I have had numerous extractions with a few different doctors and have to say that Dr Abt is THE best!!! He is very kind compassionate and gentle. His staff are also very kind. I would highly recommend Dr Abt!!!
Dr. Abt performed a difficult #15 molar extraction. The entire procedure took 15 minutes! Never before have I experienced such precision & professionalism from a trip to the dentist.
Dr. Abt and his team completely put me at ease, were extremely compassionate, and made me very comfortable during my procedure. Not only did they work me into their busy schedule, they also stayed late to accommodate me. I went in for a dental implant and what an amazing experience. The receptionists, staff and Dr Abt were extremely thoughtful, caring and professional. The procedure was exactly as he had described and nearly pain free. I had very minimal discomfort 24 hours after leaving his office. What a blessing to have this great resource in Prescott.

From beginning to end I was treated with nothing but kindness understanding and compassion. The Ladies at the front are professional, kind and greet you with a smile, The atmosphere is clean, warm and comfortable. DR Abt is so kind! He was able to help me quickly, he explains every step along the way, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Dr Abt to anyone needing his services. his work is a standard set apart ! The combination of his skill, kindness, and heart for his patients make this a one of a kind experience.
Exceptional Skill, combined with, Exemplary Care. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing! All of the staff members were very kind, gentle, and caring. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They were so good at explaining all of the details. Everything from the cost, to each step in the procedure. Doctor Apt, is a wonderful, kind-hearted, gentleman, who is also a very talented doctor! He likes to talk with you, about you! Not only that, but after the surgery, the doctor himself, will call you to make certain everything went well, and to see if you have any questions or concerns. It was an extraordinary experience!
We had such a wonderful experience at Oral and Facial Surgery Center Of Prescott last week! Dr. Ben Abt and his staff are very kind, courteous, professional and thorough. My daughter had 4 teeth extracted and she was a bit nervous beforehand. Dr. Abt put her at ease and it was over before she knew and said it wasn't near as bad as she thought it was going to be. Their office is very inviting and beautiful! I would highly recommend!
