Oral and Facial Surgery of East Alabama

All the staff was very nice. No waiting, we got in at scheduled appt time. Dr Heape was very pleasant and took the time to make sure we understood the upcoming procedure and why it is needed. We were informed of the cost and what insurance will pay. The oral surgery appt was scheduled in two weeks. It was an informative and smooth process! These guys have it together!

My child had 5 wisdom teeth removed today and they made her feel comfortable! The doctor and staff were so friendly and professional. I wish I can give 10 stars

I visited this office as a referral from my dentist. I brought a copy of my x-ray and Lambert and Lambert also sent over a copy. The nurse told me since I brought my own I wouldn't be charged. One month later they fraudulently billed my insurance company for x-rays that I never received. I am currently having them investigated please check your statements.

The staff was very nice and professional. The procedure was painless and very comfortable. The dentist was sure to understand what I was feeling and made sure I felt at ease. The visit was a great experience.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed Thursday, and it didn't take them long at all. The doctor and the nurse explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They were so nice. They even called after hours to check on my son to see how he was doing. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my son.

Really quick and easy wisdom tooth extraction. The nurses were amazing as well as the doctor, very friendly. I mentioned that I was cold and they were more than willing to get me a blanket. Super duper nice! Minimal pain/discomfort after the tooth extraction and a little dizziness, which is to be expected. It was super easy and the anesthesia worked really well on me. They said they were putting oxygen on me and about 3 seconds after the ceiling got swirly and I was out cold. The assigned medicine helps A LOT. Super clean place and comfortable chairs too, the environment was nice. I really like this place, you should definitely check it out.

It's a really nice place they are really sweet and nice to you when you walk in they greet you with good morning and tell you how to get out the office I would suggest them.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed 4 days ago. Today she is happy, laughing and just a little sore. From the initial visit we have been completely impressed and satisfied. Dr. Fuqua is professional, kind, and highly skilled. He addressed all of our questions and concerns without hesitation. The staff members are professional, warm, and highly efficient. Covid precautions in this office are exceptional.
