Orange Community College

Horrible, could get almost no help with ANYTHING. Simple emails were not responded to and the few times had sarcastic responses. I`m cancelling my enrollment not going to pay this college a cent. No wonder why they are struggling with enrollments, what a joke. Expect you to spend over 20k a year for what? please. I'll go to Duchess Community College.

Very clean and organized school. Most Professors are very professional and kind. Parking is an underground garage. Food options are slim to none on campus other than a vending machine area. Beautiful views of the hudson river. Security is okay, but its strange the social security and unemployment office is in the middle of the campus. Very good learning environment.

This school is the most unorganized and unprofessional SUNY school out there. The advising and admission departments are the most unhelpful and laziest departments in this school. They do not care what you have to say or what you need and have attitude with you when you ask "stupid" questions. Classes have not started yet for the spring2021 semester, but I will be taking my business and education elsewhere.

Went to SUNY Orange for my first semester of College straight out of High School. Moved cross country and began school at another community college here. Although it is a much different area, I appreciate the way things are run at SUNY Orange. The counselors were always helpful as well as cheerful, and I had a great experience with my professors. The garage parking is incredibly beneficial and the campus could not be any easier to navigate. Would recommend this school to anyone trying to get a cheap easy, but beneficial, start to their college education.

Here at Orange Community college I enrolled in an online class the online class is called. CareerStep. Rating 5 stars is an understatement. Should be 10 stars. Taking my class online was the best choice ever made. My life is a rollar coaster with everything going on, it has taken a huge mental toll. Taking the courses online has helped me focus and finish my studies in smooth pace. I have received help by scheduling online tutoring and you can also rescheduled when needed. With having a busy life I was also able to take my laptop to a quiet park and study in peace. The great advantages with having on line classes, you can choose take them anywhere as you please. This is a major plus for me. Whenever I have questions that requires a phone call, the staff are very kind, helpful and understanding always helpful. Good school and have a great variety of courses to choose from. Had a bad experience with a professor but I won't let one bad apple spoil the bushel.

The older white woman at the student services in Kaplan hall has always been particularly nasty.
