I’m really only leaving a review because the other reviews scared me. As a person with a lot of social, anxiety and new places, negative reviews can be very deterring. This was my first time in the clerk office and both security panel in the front were extremely accommodating. They were very patient with me and not knowing what to do. I waited a very short time for my appointment that I was 20 minutes early for so I ended up leaving before my appointment time even started. My window person was organized patient and quick. As long as you come ready with all of your information for your passport, I think that this was a painless visit. Thank you!
Worst place I’ve ever been to!!! The people targeted me, my fiancé!! He was so depressed and hurt by himself that he was suicidal due to bullying!!! I promote peace love and music!!!! Soulless people!!! Id say run before they try to hurt you!!!!!!
Step son was married here, even tho we had an appointment, the line moved pretty fast for the others. Very nice lady came out and went thru the usual ceremony, w a kiss at the end.. Mom my wife crying like a baby! good times!
We had a walk-in appointment for passports. We are a family of 4, including 2 little girls who were nervous and had to use bathroom often. All of the women who worked security were very kind. They worked quickly to move us through. They made our girls feel comfortable. Reese worked quickly to take our pictures and answer any questions we had. Finally, the star of the show was KAYLA. She is the kindest, most patient, and understanding clerk I’ve ever met. Even on a Friday afternoon, she walked us through all the paperwork, fees, and our repeated mistakes don’t print your application double sided. We never felt rushed. She was great! A great experience at this location.
I just needed to apply for some passports and I was rudely greeted by Jessica Delrio. She rudely promoted me instructions when I asked about the information on a how to apply for a passport. At this time another worker took over instructing because she was so rude. She also responded to my question about a passport with “it’s right in front of your face” and when I responded with “you don’t have to be rude” she said “well I don’t need a passport do i? Hmmm no.” In no way shape or form was I rude to this lady working the counter. She clearly does not enjoy her job and shouldn’t be working with people. I was in disbelief at the diresprect presented by this lady. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Rude people, ordered my passport 2 months ago and still no answers, this place is bad, and costumer service will yell at you and bring you actitudes. ZERO STARTS
We are getting married on a cruise so had to do the license and legal ceremony on shore. The two staff members we dealt with license and then ceremony were amazing. We didn't get the name of the extremely helpful clerk that walked us through the license, but the Deputy Clerk that actually married us, Mrs. Ramos, was an absolute treasure.
We needed to get our two kids their passports. Long story short, we kept messing things up and seemed like an endless cycle of missing one thing or another. Retha was at window 7, she was AWESOME, super helpful and patient with us. Thank you Retha for all your help!

First time passport! Everything was a breeze and everyone was very pleasant. Save time you can print the application online and have it filled out and ready or they will give you one and have your documents ready such as proof of citizenship birth certificate etc they did keep it but said it will be mailed backed to me she gave me a copy to ease my worries I also had my $110 money order readyyou can use a check there is also a cashier's fee $36 cash/card they also will take your passport photo for you here $10. In by 9:45 out by 10:30. Nice!
