Orange Julius

Be aware when applying here! Disgusting and creepy store managers that look up your info and abuse their positions within the workplace. They happen to not train workers effectively and have a reputation of having customers sent to the hospital for allergies. Better hope you get some hours! The managers loves to not schedule employees until they quit. Withhold a lot important information and tell a lot of lies. They will work you to the bone and not even acknowledge the hard work. They do not accept tips and will scold you for receiving them. I’ve seen many people get hired here and leave as soon as they got there all because of this toxic environment. Stay Blessed.

You want a delicious smoothie or something tasty to hydrate yourself when you're in the middle of your several-hour long shopping trip at Crossgates then this is the place. My favorite is the tropi-colada smoothie - fruit, yogurt, and ice all combined into one cup of refreshing. There's a lot of flavor choices and the drinks always come out well. They seem to have an issue with staffing as often I go there and they only have one person working, but this is still a great drink place. I highly recommend.

This staff is horrible when it comes to food allergies. Now the food allergy that I have is a very common food allergy. For your staff to laugh behind my back or so they thought it was highly inappropriate and highly uncalled for. We are rarely even at this mall and the rare occasion that I wanted a smoothie. Only to be told no you can't have a smoothie you have to go with a Julius.

Bruh, I watched the kid working straight drop rag water into two cups that he was preparing to put smoothies into and serve to customers. When I asked him to replace the cups and pointed out the rag water, he got attitude. Also, while he was wearing gloves, he never changed them. Between customers, orders, and dipping his hand in the rag bucket and handling food. Same pair of gloves. Gross bro.

The drink was good but the customer service was horrible! The two ladies working there were extremely rude after i thought another ladies drink was mine. They made comments such as “ there is only one lady over there that I could be pointing too” and “ that wasn’t your drink, unless you wanna try strawberry”. I hope I never have them serve me ever again.

While I love OJ, it is a hit and miss with the employees. Sometimes they are very friendly, making small talk while preparing my strawberry banana Julius, and having a good time. Other times, however, it's like I'm inconveniencing them when I make an order. But that's just how it goes in the mall, I guess - or any public facing customer service job for that matter. Regardless of the service, I stop here when I can because I just like the beverages. I consider it a treat to myself for dealing with the mall crowds.

3 young ladies working were exceptional. Megan was the one who personally waited on me. She explained all the products so well as I have never been to one before! I ended up with a large original and it was so good! Wonderful staff. Very friendly, clean and quick!

It feels strange to rate Orange Julius, as I only got a Diet Coke when I was thirsty from walking the mall to view the LEGO Americana exhibit with my family and didn't want to spoil my dinner with a Strawberry Julius. Those are delicious, by the way, though I'm not a fan of the original orange flavor. So...thanks for the fountain drink?

Never open. Their posted hours are not followed. Drinks are great, only one in town, but don't waste your time. Most likely they will NOT BE OPEN.

Natural is best! I had the pomagpomegr smoothie with ice and water and it was awesome!! Corporate makes it hard to tip customer service staff without a cup policy but overall I enjoyed it!
