Always love it here. They keep it clean. Love the options everytime we come here. My daughter n I enjoy this store so much in Waukesha :
We have always loved Orange Leaf, however the last few visits have been a huge disappointment. Last night was really bad. Two machines were not working and turned around, another machine with a flavor we wanted wouldn't dispense. The place was honestly filthy. Dirty tables all over the place. The keypad to enter the "new rewards" info was a sticky with chunks of food on it. I commented to the cashier it needed to be cleaned off. The rest of the time we sat in there I saw three employees just chatting behind the counter with one another, not paying attention to customers or cleaning the place. If this continues I would bet they won't be open much longer. oh, also the flavors never change anymore.
I bought deals on Groupon for this location. When my daughter and her friends went to use them, the cashier wouldn't honor them all so my daughter had to pay $15 with her own money to cover the kids. I messaged the restaurant a very detailed description of the encounter, after and got NO response. RIP OFF. Rude staff.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Half of the machines were not working to start out with. Customer service to me was horrible along with everyone else in the store. There are 3-4 teenagers working and they were more concerned about hanging out with their friends than they were helping customers. Would disappear from the counter when customers were ready to check out. Store was also very messy. Very disappointed.
Love the bright atmosphere. Hugh choice of toppings to choose to make your perfect creation. Great place for teens to chill! Colorful industrial design meets trendy college study hall. The yogurt is really good, especially with all the choices. Good for groups of youngens, tweens or any age.
Its Fro-Yo its delish, it's what they do, and hard to mess up. They always have a nice array of flavors and tons of toppings to choose from. It's overpriced not unlike any Fro-yo place; but its a nice treat once in a while.
Best place in the city for a frozen treat. Awesome selection of flavors and toppings. Sign up for the "Once back" card. It saves me a dollar or two every time I come here.
Very great place. Various toppings and different flavors every time I come in. The inside is unique but cozy. Staff is nice. Alittle pricey for what you get.
I normally love orange leaf however, its very disappointing when you walk in and all three employees are gossiping and texting and on snapchat when there are 4 flavors missing and I asked for samples and I had to do it myself. Come to find out one of the few flavors that did work, machine wasn't working and they failed to fix the problem. I was so disappointed I walked out. Hopefully next time is better.
Tried this place out for the first time and was amazed. There were lots of specialty flavors to choose from and you pay by the cup not the ounce so stuff that cup full. Huge selection of toppings to choose from and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be back again.
