Always very nice to me. One hundred percent a positive influence on me and always so kind and generous. I sincerely apologize for not accepting your call the 911 the call operator keeps insisting on pressuring me with time restrictions and unkind wordings/phrases. Please do fact check and fact check plus slander everything that me and that 911 operator ever exchanged within information through text due to me sometimes being unable to pronounce words exactly I apologize.
Tyler stopped by my apts today for a noise complaint, music related, due to old apartments not having a firewall Great guy, all of these guys are great! Everyone of them I have interacted with! I'm gonna get their name and badge number from now on so we can weed out the ones we don't need. So far I have lived in Orange for 2 yrs and each one of them deserves a 5- star rating! I'm gonna go knock on some wood now‍
I reported a hit and run exactly 2 months ago and haven’t heard any follow up from the dept. The front desk staff are very helpful and returned my calls but then I’m forwarded to the “traffic investigator” where I’ve left 3 voicemails without any return calls. Last week when I tried calling, there was a “voicemail is full” notice both times. It’s very frustrating as a citizen to feel ignored by the people who are supposed to protect & serve us.
Some are professional and others are either not intelligent enough to walk the street and chew gum at the same time. If they don't want to deal with the public and everything that goes with it don't be a cop, that includes dealing with very dangerous people to a woman that slapped her husband because he cheated on her and dealing with homeless or getting yelled at by some random person. One in particular is very rude and unprofessional and should just either stay home or get a job that doesn't deal with the public. If you don't want to be a cop and all that goes with don't out others lives in danger because you don't want to either do paperwork or are just annoyed.
I have always reported any crime that I have witnessed or been a victim of. and now that i found out that all the police departments in Orange County use criminals to generate money for the city. Where do I go to report this? apparently all authorities are corrupted including FBI I am being completely honest with my comment and apparently Google does not agree that my completely true comment be published to the public.
We had a homeless river person sleeping on our front lawn this morning. Thought at first it was probably a gang banger on drugs. I asked him who he was and why he was there, but he just turned over and went back to sleep. We called the police and they came promptly. First one officer arrived who did all of the vetting. He could not have been more professional and courteous to this young man. He knew exactly what to do and did it without incident. Then a back up officer arrived. They were both very professional and so pleasant. If these two officers are an example of our Police Department, well, Orange has excellent police officers!! Wish I had gotten their names to thank them publically. I asked my husband if he got the names of the officers and he said the first officer to arrive was Roche or something similar. He did not get the name of the second officer. Kudos to both of them!
I had a bad experience at the 7-11 store at Batavia street where I was actually ASSAULTED by one of the clerks, and another guy who was there not an employee who smashed my phone .and I reported it to the police. The police arrived, and one of them was great about trying to help me, but then another arrived and he was more in cahoots with the 7-11 employees. I drove to the police dept and talked to somebody with a little more authority, ..they called another officer who came and took my report. I happened to know this officer from a situation at the Orange library where I reported a baby left in a car on a hot day. Anyways, we talked and later he asked for me to bring my smashed phone to the PD as "evidence" , so I did the next day. But then the female latino clerk said she didn't think they needed it. Then she reluctantly took it . I thought an sincere investigation would ensue, but little by little they did NOTHING after than...they didn't even watch the surveillance camera footage, or 7-11 would not provide it, not sure which.. ..and I NEVER got my phone back. I even contacted the mayor's office with my complaint and they never responded. I never got a feeling that anybody really cared about what happened to me...seemed they just wanted to "whitewash" it away, and pretend it never happened. That's justice in the City of Orange. Maybe it should be called the City of Whitewash.
I feel so sad about the orange police department. It is the first time I call the police department to help me. There is a big truck parking across the street and the engine is on and it is very noisy. The street has painted in a red color, so I think that big truck is illegal parking on the street. Then I call the police around 9 pm and wanted they could come to help me . Through the phone call, they told me they would help me, but until now 12:30am, they did not come and help me. I called them again, the front desk officer answered the phone without patient, and told me they did not have available police officer to come and help. I can understand that this is not a serious and urgent problem compared to shooting and violence, so I chose to wait, waited for more than three hours, but still got no response. And the street is not far away from the police department, it only takes 10 minutes drive. I just feel so sad and disappointed. I don't know what should I do for next time. How can I get help from the police department? Feel so helpless at this moment.
On Sunday October 14, 2018 an officer responded to a call that I was casing homes in the Park Orleans condominiums. The officer I did not get his name was very nice when I cut my arm trying to get my drivers license out he assisted me with first aid by applying a clean wipe and band aid. He then proceed to take my information and confirm that I was not a criminal and had a legitimate reason to be in the area. He offered to help me find my stolen Yorkie when I found the proper residence she was at. While talking to him a Sargent D. Hall drove up and started talking to me . He was very nice and polite and understood the situation and assured me that no one from his department would be harassing me and that he would not allow anyone from Park Orleans Harass me. He advised me to call dispatch if anyone started harassing me and that an officer would respond to help . We are still looking and hope to find our Isabella. Thank You Lee Shakespeare
I am recovering from brain surgery and have an identity theft guy calling me daily I asked the desk sargent to send an officer over so I could discuss in person since that is easier for me, they REFUSED, I pay city taxes. Not right. If I could have put zero stars I would have. People if you read about me dead in my home please advocate for me. Oh full disclosure My husband had to go down to the police office and they were positive with him, so I guess I will have to be OK with that, yet I have had no face time.
