Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had, I don’t even recommend 1 star but that’s all I could do. I brought my laptop to your business and trusted my belongings to be in your hands and when I come back to pick it up it’s damaged with multiple scratches. There should be NO excuses on why or how it happened it’s not professional. People work hard for their possessions and take care of them!!! Y’all had NO right to do what you did. I hope many people sees my review because no one should have to deal with that.
Horrible customer service. Dropped off computer to be checked out. Whenever I went to pick it back up the computer was all scratched up.
I went to this location to get my hard drive replaced while visiting family b/c there were no Apple stores located in O'burg. I have an older MAC , so I knew that it was a possibility that there wouldnt be a updated hard drive that would be compatible. They ended up replacing my hard drive with a updated 10.6 compared to the original HD. But, the problem was the HD they replaced was still an "outdated" drive. Knowingly having knowledge of this, they replaced it, anyway. Why install it if you knew my LP would still not be 100% functional..? I called and thats exactly what was the case. My question to him at the time, "why replace it, if you knew that even this HD would still not be compatible with any updated sofware/apps, etc I would want to download to my LP..?" He passed the phone to whom I assume was his mother while I was STILL talking to him. She gets on the phone with attitude,"I'll just give money back!" One, I wasnt asking for my money back. I was looking for an educated solution into potentially getting some answers on what could possibly be my next move, and we could both win. Realizing that I couldnt get a word in edgewise. I went and got my money back, paid with cash, but they cut me a checknp. But, when I get there, the mother/owner of the company. She tells me I wasted their time,"You waste time, waste of time!". Her exact words.. No, maam. If your son would have just been honest and said to me in the beginning. "Sorry, but b/c your MAC is an older version. No matter what HD we install, it wont be compatible with any of the latest version apps/software. We will just charge you for the diagnostic and thank you for your business!"That's all! No ones time would have been wasted, not even mine, maam..... Its amazing how jovial they both were when they were receiving my money/business. But, their true colors in my opinion came to surface when I went to get my money back. Save yourself time and take your business to somewhere honest. And, not a place that will try to get a dollar out of you no matter what. Especially during this time when everyone is trying to save during this pandemic. Take care and God bless!!
