I love coming here! It’s been over a year I’ve had the member ship, and I can say that between Coach Mitchell , Christine Lauren E , Dale & Jacob my transformation through the whole journey has been amazing! I love interacting with the staff at the desk they are Always so helpful. The team is so encouraging! If you’re thinking about it, you’re doing half of the job. Now we just gotta get in a class if you’re ever curious stop by! Give it a chance you’ll be surprised at what you can accomplish with the team here in Eastlake Much love and a giant thank you!
Joining OTF and attending classes at Eastlake has been one of the best decisions I’d made for both my mental and physical health. The support and direction that I receive had been paramount to the improvements I’ve seen in my health. Coach Michelle’s and Coach Lauren’s endless encouragement has motivated me through many workouts that I didn’t think I could complete. I appreciate that all the coaches are there to help with modifications and correct form and do so in a way that doesn’t make me feel like a burden or that I’m hindering the group.
Love love this place! I highly recommend coming here to try it out if you’re trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle. The classes are awesome, the staff is amazing and the machines are top notch!
All the staff are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. All of the coaches I have had so far are cheerful, positive, and encouraging no matter what fitness level you're at. They keep you motivated, acknowledge your hard work and efforts and are willing to answer questions/concerns regarding your goals. I'm down 22lbs in 11 weeks. And although it's not just about the scale, Orange theory has helped improve my mental health, mobility, strength, endurance and energy level. I never regret coming to a class and I actually look forward to coming to them. I've witnessed a member who needed minor medical attention after class. Kenya, Lauren & Dale were so quick to tend to that person and even gave her a change of clothing so she could walk out feeling less embarrassed. That level of empathy is top tier. All the girls up front are all so sweet. Dale, Christine and Jacob's positive energies are contagious. Lauren is super encouraging and Michelle is hilarious. I also love how each class is different and how they have challenges and benchmarks throughout the year. I love the lift45 classes. I think my only wish was that they had open gym hours of some sort where we could work out independently.
Member since 2021, I enjoy each class. I’m stronger than ever at 44. These routines are so well designed they aren’t boring and it’s so efficient. Investing in Orangetheory is one of the best decisions I made.
I LOVE this studio. I came to the US a while ago and felt frustrated and lonely. A friend from Florida recommended to join and i loved it from the first session. I was super nervous but Lea welcomed me with open arms and guided me through my first workout. From there it's just been an amazing time, every single coach is amazing: Lauren, Christine, Lea, Jacob, Dale probably forgot someone but they are all truly amazing and pushing you to become the best version of yourself. Big shout out to the staff members, Kenya, Andrea, Anja and everyone else - you just make my day by welcoming me with a big smile and a positive attitude. You are always there to help and answer all my questions. You made me feel comfortable from the first second i came through the door. I love you guys keep doing what you doing!!!!
Worst experience ever! Very difficult to check the place out. I came the day before filled out all my paperwork put my card on file then showed up the next day on time but since I didn’t show up early enough for a tour I couldn’t take the class because they wanted me to come three days in a row to try this place. Very poor sales tactics. Poorly managerd by Kenya. FYI they charge a fee to your card if you don’t show up for a class on top of your monthly payment. Definitely not a place for someone trying to accomplish their fitness goals. If your a male don’t go here you will get discriminated.
I can’t say enough about the amazing community here at OTF Eastlake! Even when I’m in the area shopping and getting my nails done, I stop by so my chiweenie can have a sip of water, a treat , and wave to my Fit fam if class is in session. The coaches are incredibly diverse and knowledgeable and the sales staff all work out with us! They have a genuine investment in the members here and do show much to show appreciation. They also have a great retail selection I can’t help but splurging on from time to time! Love you Beastlake!!
OTF has been a game changer for my wife and I. I feel that this investment in yourself is the best motivator. The class is only an hour and you come out feeling like you got your moneys worth. There are a variety of workouts and modifications that any physical level can participate, even if you are seasoned or a beginner. In no particular order the coaches: Lea, Dale, Rob, Jacob, Lauren, and Christine sad to see you go all have their unique strengths. The variety of workouts, challenges, benchmarks, and coaches make each workout unique and gives you something to look forward to on the next workout. Ask anyone you know if they have it and get 50% off your first month. What you have to lose?....your weight and body fat ;
If you're new to fitness or have been doing this all your life, give them a try. They gave a free session to give you a feel for the workout. If you need help with accountability, this type of gym might help.
