A starter I purchased from this location turned it to be defective. While this is forgivable in and of itself, the response I got from the staff everyone on island knows which employee I’m talking about was unacceptable. I didn’t realize up until this point that auto parts stores were exempt from reasonable customer service and basic politeness. Clearly Napa on Orcas doesn’t need my business.

Thank goodness for a NAPA being an auto parts store on the Island

More than simply an auto parts store, this is an essential service on an island like Orcas. We're lucky to have them. They're also the only U-Haul resource on the island, and having been a regular customer lately, I have really appreciated their efficient and friendly service.

I think Saturday they should be open until 5:30 and I think Sunday should be open

Thanks for save me having the new hub as I broke down right in your parking lot with this bearing falling apart. I got a change within the hour thanks you guys. Great customer service to was offering me the gloves on this dirty job!

All employees but one are helpful

Ive been having some major issues with parts.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Just about every part you could ever need in stock and quick orders for those few that they don't. Hours are reasonable. Prices are also reasonable considering our semi-remote location.

The staff here is friendly and very helpful.  If they don't have it, they will order out within a day.  I order parts through them regularly and they never disappoint.  Definitely recommend!

just arrived on the Island and my wife's Mini Cooper engine light was on.  The owner spent about 20 minutes with me putting on a scanner to figure out the issue.  Very helpful
