Great service department had jeep in few times nothing but good things to say. In our crazy times they we’re able to get my parts & get them installed in a timely manner.
I have purchased Chrysler vehicles from 8 different Chrysler dealers over the last 30 years. Orchard is the best dealership I have dealt with and Joe Riggs is the best salesman I have ever purchased a Chrysler vehicle from. I did not have to haggle for 3 hours to get a great price on my new 300S. We settled on the price in 20 minutes. I have purchased a Jeep, a Van and the 300 from Joe. He is my salesman when I purchase Chrysler vehicle.
I would like to start by saying, if you want a no pressure inverement. This is the place to be. My vehicle I wanted to see was like new in side and out. Mike Saigh made me and my wife feel like he was a brother to us, he could not of made are sale any better or quickly. i will come here for are next buy.
Great Salesman, purchased our Jeep Wrangle from this dealership. However, the service department is weak. We always struggle to even make contact with their service department so we are forced to take our Jeep to other locations. My last attempt to contact service was a wait for over 30 minutes, the automated message said that I was number one in the wait list. Then the phone would ring only to be put back in the Que. When I finally called back and spoke with the "Reception" desk, she wasn't very polite and getting someone to help wasn't going to happen soon. I simply needed a quote for a new soft top including installation, I explained that they were going to miss out on an opportunity since I will be taking my business elsewhere. She didn't seem to mind a bit, end of conversation. I will be ordering our soft top on line and installing it myself. I hear a lot of local businesses complaining that people are doing their shopping online, this is a perfect example of why we are doing just that. Wake up Orchard Chrysler, we tried to support you and you didn't care. I am a Proud Chevy owner and get excellent care from my Chevy dealer. This is the first and last new Chrysler product that I will buy.
Fantastic dealership. Larry Coates is a great salesman, check him out. The service area goes the extra mile. I usually talk to Gage. All of the other service reps are also good. Have had no negative experiences. I will buy from them again and continue to have my vehicle serviced by them.
We recently purchased two vehicles on the same day from Kevin Kelly. He took the time to walk us through our purchase and made sure we fully understood every aspect of both the vehicles and the payment we would be making. I greatly appreciated this attention to detail and the care he took. The dealership is very warm and inviting. Everyone is very friendly and they have a nice snack area if you or your kids get hungry, as you know buying a car is something that takes a little while! I really enjoyed this dealership.
I had my vehicle in for 3 recalls and alignment.While there my vehicle was damaged while being moved to a lift and popped the tire. They did replace my tire but what is disturbing to me is the fact that nobody called me to let me know or notified me at time of picking my vehicle up. Terrible customer service. I will not bring my vehicle back here again. Now I'm wondering if anything was even done correctly or at all. Service adviser Kim did not know my service intervals or cost of them when asked. I would think they should know this. I would have spent more money and had other things done but felt as if I was bothering them. Was not greeted very well either Jake was too busy answering the phone when I arrived instead of greeting the only customer in the service bay. Not a very good experience.
Best dealership experience I have had in a long time. Jim helped me the Jeep Wrangler I wanted and made the whole experience really easy. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Way better than any other Chrysler dealer in the area. I drove from Clinton Township past a few dealers just to see Jim. Thank you for making my vehicle purchase an easy one. Bryon
Just leased another car from this dealership. Larry is an amazing sales rep. He has one thing in mind and that is to take care of the the client. My husband and I have leased around 6 vehicles from Larry. Every time we felt that he had our best in mind. We have always had good service from the dealership as well. Quick approval and quality cars. Great experience!
By far one of the best used car buying experiences yet. Mike Saigh and Richard Cook were easy to work with and very helpful. They went out of their way and did everything possible to make the buying process easy and enjoyable. The customer service and follow up was exceptional. I look forward to working with Mike and Richard in the future. Thanks again for everything! May many of you look to these two for your next purchase, I would highly recommend it.
