Friendliest staff on the planet. I felt like I was in my grandparent’s garage. Dave hand picked every bolt and nut I needed for my project and Kimber put a bandana on my dog and made her “sit” before giving her a biscuit. So above and beyond!

Clean well organized hardware and gardening store. Think more like your neighborhood, slightly smaller big box store. The staff is excellent at customer service without being pushy. The quality of their products seems really solid. If you haven't been by yet you should stop in and check it out..

What a great place to shop. A hardware store with some class. No lumber, just enough to patch up something small, but they have everything you could need and it’s all top quality brand stuff. The opposite of a Harbor Freight. The outdoor nursery is very good with selection and prices. The guy “Carl” is so wonderfully nice, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful; a real pleasure. Actually everyone there is very nice. You’ll really love this store, I promise.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I stopped here but was so happy I went - now i love stopping in for anything gardening / home.  The store is well organized and fully stocked. Garden / nursery is where I always go.  The staff is amazing. Garden manager is a great guy, very smart and can help find just about any flower.  Bonus, if you buy a pot at the store with a plant they will actually pot it for you.  Nursery has a lot of options. Prices are very reasonable. They even have young trees, all types. Plus care items like support sticks which are sold individually.  Worth going if you like home improvememt and gardening.

Before we line up like sheep and open our wallets to the big home stores, you should check this place out. Everything is better quality than your average lowes or home depot, especially the plants, but cost about the same.  Great help like in an Ace but much more stuff like a home depot.  I was surprised when I explored this store.

I've been in both Orlando locations. They're new, obviously, but still look like a much more intimate Lowe's. Cleaner, quieter, much more aesthetically pleasing than big-box stores with such organization and an upscale atmosphere. The garden centers at these locations are much smaller, and really don't need to be any larger. They have plants that people really want; and missing are rack after rack full of dying, half-dead, dehydrated, and/or neglected plants thanks to staff that appear dedicated to what they are there to do, which certainly is not to fill in an employee position because they can go back and forth from walking around with a hose just spraying on a time limit to running back to a register. But, who then need to go find the one person in the store who's plant knowledge passes as basic enough to get by on most things.  **One of the most disappointing things to see when physically shopping anywhere when you ask an employee for help and when you find one, they read what's on a price tag or an item's box/packaging. That's usually the very moment where I realize I just wasted a trip, and am finished watching this employee struggling to find something to tell you about what you're both looking at that I couldn't already see and read for myself... and want to just leave and shop online instead.**  Won't find that here though!! The staff you will meet there don't just answer your questions but also give alternative recommendations for something that might better suit your needs by asking some necessary open-ended questions. And it's things like this that make for a happier customer experience not just while at the store, but way after you have left because the plants you took home with you don't die on you a few days/weeks later. And the staff... how genuine these women and men are. Each one of my visits to either store has been a memorable one in some way or another thanks to them. One shining example... I had my Schnauzer with me as I needed to run into the store to grab one thing being held for me at the front of the store. It was a later, slower time of the evening, and as I was getting out of my car, an employee saw me, saw my dog, and insisted we both come in. A two-minute visit turned into a twenty minute visit because nearly every member of the staff treated my dog like he was their own and I enjoyed watching him get the chance to socialize on an otherwise busy  beforehand. A great membership/club rewards program with coupons coming at you like those large blue B,B&B coupons is just on more great perk to add to the list of great things Orchard Supply Hardware stores have to offer.

Love this store. If you buy a plant & a planter they will put it in your planter with their potting soil. Also on the way out you get a free Granny Smith Apple. Staff are friendly & helpful.. very knowledgeable.

This is more like a "Mini Big Box" store. My experience found help lacking, prices high, but quality  goods. I probably won't be back. If you purchase something from here make sure that it's a correct item, because "ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS"

Love coming here for plants! They will also pot it up for you free of charge. The staff is super nice and helpful. They have a great selection of orchids and houseplants.

Orchard Hardware is new to the neighborhood.  The nail/screw section is well organized.  You can actually purchase a single item.  Staff is very pleasant and willing to help.  The garden area will allow you to utilize their space to repot your purchase.  They also have some of the older variety of bottled sodas.
