My first visit to an OSH made me a BIG fan! They sell Carhartt clothing, Traeger smokers, and wood pellets in addition to all the hardware store essentials. Here's the BIG difference. During my visit, there were at least 2 very enthusiastic guys patrolling the store, greeting customers and asking to provide help finding any items, or assisting in any way possible. No blaring paging systems playing 5 annoying touch tones followed by blah blah blah blah! The store was spotless, organized and tidy. I should have taken more pictures to share.
They just open up and had nice giveaways, make a pot and pick a plant to pot. Nice outing with my grand daughter
I confess: I was s bit disappointed. I realize all OSH stores will be closing permanently; the product selection wasn't all that hot... . PLUS- In light of the impending closures, there are NO RETURNS. That doesn't make me feel like a valued customer. I'd like to think of myself as a good customer of OSH, until the day the doors finally close. I've been a customer since the 90's. This reflects poorly on the parent company LOWE'S. Shame on you, Lowe's! I think I'll just stick to: - Ace - True Value - Home Depot The staff was very nice. Thanks for letting me share.
This store has one of the most confusing item arrangements on the shelves but comes with a great customer services. Mayby I am used to go to the home depot too much and I don't understand how Orchard attamge things but somehow I had a hard time finding items there. However, they have a good number of staff members on aisles and I can easily find someone to find my items which is hardly happen at the home depot. Since this store is brand new and located at a new not-so-busy mall, you can easily find a parking spot I appreciate that they have a clean air vehicle parking near the front door entrance area. That shows how that care about the environment J some degree.
New store in new shopping area. Clean, lots of parking, and only been open for a few weeks. OSH has been rethought as a store, smaller and less a big box construction emporium than a neighborhood hardware store. Appliances are gone, but you can still buy just a couple of screws or a paint brush. Very friendly staff and well thought out selection of merchandise. Note: the new shopping area in what was the Douglas Aircraft factory is just getting opened. In and Out, Nordstrom Rack, TJMaxx seem to be coming soon.
Loved this place, the last one to open before they closed all locations, for about a week they had the grand opening banner up along side the out of business banner. Great people too, hope Lowe's transferred them all over...
New store is in a great location. Has a lot of what I need and good service. Not a big box store feel to me. I go here often now.
This brand new store is beautiful, the employees were beyond helpful. Everything was so clean and fresh looking and very well presented.
they were not crowded at all the staff was very helpful good experience in and out of there in less than 20 minutes I will definitely come back here for my shopping
Nice people, never busy, well stocked, clean' ee. Sadly it's poorly located in an area that doesn't make sense and not noticeable from the street. Go before they close.
