Loved this place. Sad to see it bought out. Store is pretty low on stock. Go in and see what's left. Some good deals still to be had. Say hello to the employees and wish them well. They have served the city of Stockton well with there expert advise and good customer service. Lost art these busy days. Good luck to all of the going to be displaced employees, and I wish you well. The plant section is the garden section. The foliage is wonderful and great! I saw a ladybug fluttering around as well as a butterfly. The bug killer spray worked so well that I was waging an apocalypse on all insects and bugs and any manner of creepy-crawly that dare trespass into my castle.

I bought a small file in the hardware section. The item was described and priced on a tag just below. When I went to the register, I was charged a dollar more than the tagged price. I went back to check, and the inventory numbers on my receipt didn't correspond with anything that was there on display. What's more, many files were also stocked in rows not corresponding with their tags. leading to confusion. This is sloppy work. Be careful when you buy.

I will greatly miss OSH. I have been coming to this store since the late 1980's. They always have such superb, knowledgeable and helpful service people. The prices were sometimes a little higher but if you just needed one or two items you could just pop in and out in no time at all. No walking around a huge warehouse store, NEVER finding staff to help you. I'm a single gal who owns her own home but shopping or asking for help or more detailes on how to fix something was very easy here at OSH. I never once felt like I was bothering a service person or felt I was being patronized. The other thing I loved about OSH was their returns were fast and easy. I've been lazy about returns and as long as I had my receipt I knew they would exchange or refund my purchase. not sure about w/o receipt. Again this store will be forever missed here in Stockton.

Orchard Supply Hardware. You are the best. And will be missed. With plenty of parking just layed in 2 years ago to improve. Isles always clear & clean with knowledgeable customer service. All isles marked isles #. And corral.

I've been to OSH in so many different cities and towns, and have loved them all. Story helpful staff. All the stuff you need and beautiful decor you didn't know you needed.

I went to get my key duplicated here. It didn't work: it didn't even go in the hole. I came back and had it recut. They said their machine was broken last time that's why it didn't work. The new recut key still didn't work. It's not even a close duplication. It won't even go in the keyhole. How inept do you have to be to not be able to do your ONE JOB. I just moved here from Brooklyn, NY and I'm not used to this Ievel of bad service.

Friendly and helpful staff. I find the prices reasonable, but a little more than Home Depot. If I don't find the item I need in Home Depot then I go here. They beat prices also.
