I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure but the lady tried to up sale me.  I told her I only wanted a regular and she kept trying to convince me to get the sugar scrub pedicure. After I told her no, she then tried to convince me to get gel polish and once again, I told her I wanted just a regular manicure and pedicure!  When she was almost done with my pedicure, she then wanted me to add a design on my toenails.  Once again I told her no!  If that wasn’t bad enough, I added a $6 tip to my charge! I would normally add a bigger tip but she had me so frustrated that I thought $6 was enough.  A few min after I left, I went back to see what tip amount I added and told her that I didn’t have my glasses with me and thought I might have added the tip amount wrong but she wouldn’t show it to me. I left hoping that that I didn’t add it wrong but sure enough they  added $16 instead of the $6.  Be advised about going to this place! I wrote a $6 on the tip amount but wrote the total amount for $67.50 instead of $57.50.  She saw the mistake I had made and that’s why she wouldn’t show me when I went back to check on my mistake!

Horrible Quality! My dip nails lasted less than a week..on top of that I spent over $115 for dip nails and a gel pedicure. The lady started rushing on my toes as soon as more walk ins came in. It took 2 hours only for my nails to look horrible a week later! No working air…and workers are not skilled. Do not come here!!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I am completely appalled with my pedicure after two weeks I got some sort of  fungis from this establishment, after paying $75 for my manicure and pedicure. I went in this morning to let them know something was wrong and they tryd to tell me that it was from socks I only wear sandles at this time and that I just needed new polish!  I then went to a new place and was told they would treat my fungis and give me a new pedicure because orchard had used bad quality gel. because it shouldn't have turned that color after two weeks.

I have been coming to this nail salon for several years for pedicures, it used to be a super busy place and over the past couple years when I go in there are no customers but lots of technicians, sadly the service has severely deteriorated with technicians that do poor jobs. My last and final bad experience with them happened a couple of weeks ago, I usually bring my own color but decided I wanted to see what they had for a change, while I was trying to pick out my color the technician was trying to sell me on a gel pedicure, I told her no I didn't want gel, after going back and forth she finally understood I didn't want a gel pedicure but she said we have the colors on the sample cards that don't have to be gel, I agreed and chose a nice neon coral color from the card. When it came time to apply the polish I noticed the color was way different than the color on the sample card, I stopped her on the 1st toenail and told her that was not the same color, she started laughing at me, then started talking in her native tongue to who I think is the owner so I couldn't understand her, the other lady came over and said it's the same color, I said I want to see the card please and proceeded to show both women the difference in colors, the owner agreed it was different, and the technician said oh yes it is different because it is not GEL, she told the other lady in her native tongue that she would only upcharge me $10 for gel instead of the regular $15, I was really angry and felt like walking out, I didn't want to cause a scene even though the technician continued to laugh and use her native tongue saying who knows what for the whole salon to hear. I agreed to the $10 upcharge to gel all the while upset. When done I got up and paid, I even regretfully left a tip to the technician. Upon leaving the salon the more I got upset by their actions and wondered why I didn't just walk out and why did I leave a tip??, the color was still not even the same. You DO NOT treat customers like this! Period! You do not laugh at a customer when they are clearly not happy, you try to rectify it, you don't talk behind their backs hiding behind your native tongue Asian in this case. These people don't care about their customers, they are pushy, disrespectful, overpriced, do a lousy job, talk behind your back and therefore I will NOT be back.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

My manicure was mediocre, maybe because my nails are very short, or maybe because the manicurist work around me, while the woman doing the pedicure is working on my feet. The manicurist works balancing my hands and her posture standing up. Not good way to do something nice. Also expensive for a work that is not well done. Not happy with my experience!.

Terrible service! My pedicure was okay but nails took 4 1/2 hours for horrible quality nails. You could still see my old polish color through  the acrylic and lumps In them . Broke two nails the same day and returned the following day. Was told all they could do is fix my broke nails. Don’t waste your money. I came  with three other family members. We did facials, wax, pedicure and nails and tipped each person $20. We spent a total of $565 not including tips and they wouldn’t even fix my nails properly. They have definitely lost a great paying customer ! Never again these people are the worst kind of crooks!! Not to mention the entire time they were trying to get more money from us for fund raiser’s and pedicurist had the nerve ask for more of a tip when I was finally done. Lady who did my pedicure tried to use gel on my toenails after telling her I just wanted a regular pedicure. When I stoped her she acted surprised that I didn’t want gel and kept trying to upsell me.  The pedicure was terrible, she cut my nails comically crooked and I had to stay extra time to have them fixed and for a repaint. My dipped nails cracked and broke within a week. 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Service was awful.  3 of us went for mani/pedi's.  We had appointment right when they opened and they didn't start on the last one of us till 30 mins. later.  The gel is already chipping less than a week later. We will not be returning!!!
