I was looking for a new shop to repair my vacuum cleaner. The one I used to go to closed down. I did a Google search and found Bank's and it was close to my home. I dropped my vacuum cleaner off and it turned out it was just a belt that needed to be replaced. Thanks John and Megan for the great service!
Purchased a Oreck vacuum about a month ago. And so far I have no complaints. My mom also fell in love with my vacuum and she purchased one yesterday….Vacuum is very lightweight and of good quality. Vacuum also has a very good suction… Customer service was excellent. Will be returning soon to purchase a carpet cleaner…
I purchased a belt for my parents' Oreck XL upright vacuum from an Amazon account that claimed it was a genuine part. When they received it, the wording on the belt wasn't quite right and left them feeling uneasy using it, potentially causing a fire. I called this store and was helped by both John and Megan. They clarified the potential issue with the third-party belt. After our call, my parents drove over to show John what they had received. He recommended a belt they had in stock in the store and my parents felt more assured buying one directly from Oreck. John and Megan were very knowledgeable and helpful! I'm grateful my parents were taken care of by them. We'll definitely continue coming back to this Oreck for future help!
The best place to go for a great vacuum! After looking at a few other vacuum suppliers, I found Bank's and Sal helped me pick out my vacuum. This was almost 2 years ago, and it still works great! The quality and customer service are unmatched. I recently took my vacuum in for a worn-out fan belt & they replaced it for me at no charge. Do yourself a favor and go to Bank's first!
Today, I went into Bank’s Oreck for a repair on my vacuum. John provided very friendly service; however, most important, he quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. I will definitely return there, if I have further repairs or to buy a vacuum.
Business has an extensive line of very good vacuum cleaners. These are not the ones you find in the big box stores but the ones that truly do a good job and are designed to last a very long time. They're also experts on how vacuum cleaners function. They repair vacuum cleaners and offer advice on the correct parts to use and how to use a given machine for a given type of floor. Very good business to support as they are local, knowledgeable, great products, and sincerely helpful staff.
Had a problem with my vacuum and got it resolved efficiently and quickly. Stepped into the store and what an assortment of vacuums. Was well worth my time and search online. Thank you all for your recommendation. I will be recommending them in the future to anyone that needs vacuums fixed.
I went to this shop to get my Shark vacuum looked at, I wish I got the gentleman's name, but he was sokind and knowledgable. He turned the vacuum on and within 10 seconds knew what was wrong- a filter. He had one in stock and swapped it out for me and the vacuum was like new. I will definitely be coming back here for my next filters and service when needed!
You will not find a more honest business in Las Vegas. John & Megan did a great job fixing my vacuum at a very fair price. Great customer service also, Thank you all, Mike
