Groomer Meichu Dawkins attended Formosa Pet Grooming School and was trained by two master groomers in Taipei City from 2011-2012, while working at a busy pet grooming salon.

Every animal that comes to Oregon City Pet Spa is treated with love, patience, and respect. We create a comfortable atmosphere - treating each furry customer as she would want to be treated. “Quality Over Quantity” is our philosophy.

We are delighted to provide a home-based, customized, professional grooming facility, with a safe and stress-free experience for your dog or cat.

We place an emphasis on providing a clean, sanitary, odor-free, spacious, and stress-free environment. We use earth-friendly and natural products. We take special care to disinfect our grooming stations, work space, grooming tools, and accessories, providing your pet with a healthy and safe experience.

Janelle is the absolute best with my long haired cat Cynder! She’s a whole cat lighter and looking gorgeous! She even cuddles up with her after a pet spa day!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Janelle!!! I tried for 3 months to get my big girl in w/her but of course life took over and we had to keep rescheduling. She was kind and patient w/me during that!!!  I finally got my 120lb St Bernard in to get loved on by Janelle a couple weeks ago! I’ve searched high and low to find a groomer who would take my big girl on. Grace looks the best she’s ever looked after Janelle was done w/her! Super soft, paws nice and trimmed, head and ears are even and there is not a single stray long hair left behind! AMAZING! And Grace felt like she was right at home!  Janelle will forever be stuck w/us cause she pampered my girl and made her gorgeous

Janelle was ABSOLUTLEY incredible I will forever take my pets to her for any grooming she took the best care of my 14 year old long hair and her mats that got out of control. she took her time and was so kind and gentle with Jasmine I will recommend Bratdogz pet spa to anyone who needs a groomer

Janelle and her team are awesome!  I had been turned away by other groomers because of my babies breed German Shepherds, and when I finally thought I found someone they cancelled on us last minute. She was able to squeeze my two large dogs in the day after I called! Janelle KNOWS animals, she understands pack hierarchy which is so important for anyone handling dominant breeds, her shop is clean, and everyone is relaxed and friendly. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and accommodating groomer - look no further!

My 18 year old Bichon was “groomed” there. When I picked up my dog, the woman told me he screamed for one hour! He’s been groomed four times a year the 16 years I’ve had him. I’ll never go back there.

Our regular groomer was MIA & we needed 2 of our 3 Leonbergers BIG dogs groomed. Even with short notice, Janelle & her team got the boys done,  dogs weren't stressed being in a strange place & very affordable!  She definitely has the experience we can trust! I think we've found our new regular groomer!

Janelle at Bratz dogs is The Best! I have a long haired Russian Blue that sometimes gets very matted and Janelle has squeezed her in for emergency appointments several times! She has a truly unique gift with animals and I will be bringing my animals to her from now on.

I was considering coming to this establishment to get my dogs nails clipped.  I called and asked some questions.  I thought the person on the phone was a bit rough around the edges, but did not discount them from my options as a groomer, yet.  However, then I read the shops reviews.  There seems to be an ongoing theme that the owner is rude to customers and pets alike.  She states in several posts throughout the review over the past four years that "she is working on the problem rudeness as she is the common denominator".  Unfortunately, if it spans four years of reviews, I do not think she is working very hard on the issue and I wonder how she can remain in business.  There are many reviews from satisfied customers, and I am sure many of dissatisfied and satisfied customers have never posted reviews.  Consequently though, from what I have read, I do not feel this establishment has earned the right to my business or my trust with my family pets.  Perhaps in the future if I am in need of another groomer and she has better reviews I will reconsider, but as it stands not on my pets' life!
