They wouldn't accept my food because of Covid! I am glad I called ahead of time.
Oregon food bank is a great organization that serves those in need in our local community and our state. The staff is very friendly and out-going, they are always well organized at any volunteer event they have. The facility is clean, organized and well-thought-out.
Went here with a group to volunteer for a 2.5 hour shift. The staff were helpful and friendly and did a good job of keeping things organized. There are lockers for you to store your valuables when you're working. Nice and clean facility. Be sure to park directly in front of the building. Staff mentioned the surrounding offices like to ticket and tow if you park in their areas.
Doing good things so you don't have to,. Go volunteer people! Thanks for doing what you do and being happy to do it!
I think it's really cool what the food bank does for the community. It is also definitely the place I would recommend going to if there was ever a zombie apocalypse considering their stockpile.
It is an awesome volunteer job that makes me happy that I am helping provide people with food who without the Oregon Food Bank and its volunteer work force, wouldn't have food to eat

Unnecessary human suffering... is that kinda your thing? Do you enjoy wasting food? Does the phrase "systematic inequity" make you smile or sneer or scoff? This place is not gonna be your bag. This is good people doing good things to help other people, who could use the help
Worked in the packing room. Very well organized place. Great facilitator.
