Talking Book and Braille Services provides audio and Braille books to print-disabled Oregonians.
Talking Book and Braille Services is a regional library for the National Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped of the Library of Congress. Talking Books provides FREE audio and Braille library books to people who are vision impaired, low vision, physically handicapped, or reading disabled. The library books are for all ages and cover the same titles and subjects found in public libraries and bookstores. The books from Talking Books are FREE to use and travel through the U.S. Postal Service as FREE MATTER. To access Talking Books, fill out an application for service found at http://tbabs.org and have the last page certified by doctor, nurse, social worker, librarian, or other appropriate professional.
