The Oregon Tour and Travel Alliance (OTTA) is an independent non-profit membership organization that works in partnership with Travel Oregon to increase packaged travel to Oregon.

The mission of the Oregon Tour & Travel Alliance in cooperation and partnership with the Oregon Tourism Commission and the statewide industry, is to increase the packaged travel business throughout the state.
